Parking is unreasonably expensive. It’s irrational and unethical charging that much, knowing that public parking is wildly limited. We were able to get by parking in the street until the city made all the surrounding streets pay to park.

I still love Fulbrix and outstanding management team that has to handle all the various residents and their issues. Still frustrated by ongoing selfishness of some residents who don't return moving carts, don't pick up after themselves in the common areas and/or don't follow the apartment building rules. This is especially bothersome as some residents who have discounted/subsidized rents seem even less inclined to abide by the same rules that full pay residents are obligated to follow.

This is a great apartment. Perfect location, not too close to the commotion but close enough to walk to everything. Great staff. Great amenities.

I’m still enjoying living here and am looking to upgrade to a 2 bedroom now. My only complaint is parking. Parking should be free considering I live here. The city of Chicago has put up a bunch of parking meters all around the building now making it impossible to find a park. I have a 1 year old and I don’t know how I’m going to do it when all the snow starts coming. The parking costs monthly and is a ridiculously high amount. It’s just not right to do to already paying residents. It’s not cheap to live here already.

I think it’s generally a great building. The elevators take awhile but that doesn’t seem like anything fixable. The front desk people are very helpful! The vending machine could use healthier options. Additionally, I think it would be nice if the building had a small store with essentials like toilet paper or toothpaste. It’s a great opportunity to capitalize on the community while fulfilling their needs, especially since no one wants to leave the building in the winter.

So far so good! I love the building and the apartment. The swimming pool in the evening with sunset is the right place to be. Nice sunrise from my balcony!

Just renewed my lease and I will continue to live here. Staff is friendly. Area is diverse and beautiful. There are things to do around here for every age group. The apartment itself still looks brand new they do a good job of keeping up with it.

Love this apartment and community! Always clean and professional. Maintenance is always on top of everything. Friendly front desk. Safe. Great amenities with several grills. AWESOME awesome community events. Very pet friendly. Several elevators. Modern. Great location right on Randolph where you’re close enough to the bars and great restaurants but never loud traffic. Not sure what more you can ask for.
Staff has been very fast, efficient, and friendly throughout our stay thus far. Building upkeep appears to be a priority. Amenities are kept nicely & are well thought out.
We’re new here, but things seem wonderful so far! Move in process was easy, the only hard part is parking around the area. Everything was ready for us when we got here, and we love all of the amenity floors.
I really enjoy living here. Great staff and friendly people. Good amenities and fast elevators. We like the pool and gym and there’s a dry cleaning service in building.
Everyone made me feel at home right away. It is a tough personal move for me and everyone was so understanding and patient. The amenities are wonderful. My apartment couldn't be more beautiful.
Great building and community if you can afford it. Maintenance team does a great job at keeping up with repairs when needed. Front desk concierge are always very nice and helpful. Only downside is that there are no major grocery stores in walking distance.
Everything was really good and I really appreciate Senada for all the help that she give us, she was always looking for bring us a exceptional service and even when I take extra time for the papers she always was kind
I love the building amenities, the layout of my apartment, the friendliness of the staff. My only complaint is the location because there is no nearby grocery store, you have to drive or Instacart. I think rent could be a little cheaper considering it’s not very walking-friendly to anything.
Love how the building management is super nice and quick to help; everything is always clean, and the concrete finishes just are the best. I’ve never had any issues and the common areas are also great. The work from home offices are charming and the views are great too

We live on the pool deck and just love our patio. I’ve planted a lot of flowers and I even have a small pond. Not something you see often in apartment living.
Beautiful apartments, amazing staff, gorgeous views with the floor-to-ceiling windows and rooftop…wish there was a grocery store in the immediate vicinity though.
Moved in and learned readily in less than 1 hour how the tools the building offers its residents enable autonomy and access with a breeze. Just fabulous!!!

I've been living here since April and the building is great! My packages are in a secure room, the building gets cleaned everyday and the leasing office updates us if anything is happening with the building! Highly recommend
It’s been great! I staff is super nice, the amenities are great and we lost the roof top. Best view in the city, by far! I definetly wish there were more wall outlets instead of ground ones but that’s about it.
Love living in this community! It’s in such a great location. The amenities are all super fun and convenient. The community app also ensures that I am up-to-date in real time on any update or event.
No longer do I feel comfortable in my own building. Not only do i abide by every rule but It seems like every month there is a new possibility to be charged a hidden fee from this place As a resident I'm now afraid to invite people over to my home, go out to parties or even be part of any event here. Every time I have received a email I worked diligently to correct any issues. Wish this place the best. But not with me or my family here.

Great area. Have had some issues that typical new buildings go through but maintenance responds extremely quickly. There are so many amenity areas to take advantage of as well!

The building has been great so far. Staff is friendly and welcoming. All the amenities are well maintained and kept up. No noise complaints around and everyone is respectful. Great time so far.

Great move in experience. I do get some noise from the pink and green line and would love a little heavier free weights at the gym but otherwise everything else is beyond great.

Everything has been wonderful so far. We a had a little bit of an issue with less than average communication with one of the leasing agents during our application process, but everything else has been exceptional. All of the concierge staff are *chef's kiss* absolute gems.
