Property Ratings at French Run
Lived here for a year starting in April of 2019. Over all a fantastic experience. Staff are excellent, the property manager is kind and understanding. The maintenance guy Gary is a class act, always responded to maintenance requests within 24hrs. The Floor plan I rented was very agreeable, very open which made it feel much larger. The rent is competitive with other places in the area, especially considering how much nicer it is. They made an effort to maintain the property, in my year there they sealed the parking lot, repainted the doors and molding repaired some siding on top of general landscaping. On the less positive side, parking can be a pain. Very seldom did I get to park in the spaces nearest to my unit, there seems to be alot of extra cars around that take up space. They could really benefit from assigned parking. There is also the issue of nearby properties. French run on its own is very nice but just across the fence there is a worse area. I never felt that I or my Girlfriend was unsafe but I still would not leave valuables in my car or have packages delivered to the apartment itself (I always sent them to the leasing office and the property manager would sign for them). Overall I 100% wish that I could have stayed and would absolutely recommend to anyone.
As advertised: ‘‘French Run offers uncommon amenities for a great value...has sprawling ranches & gardens featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, private patios or balconies, & fully equipped kitchens ...Is designed to fit your needs...and is clean, comfortable and carefree...’’ That being said; these are great apartments in a great area! The grounds are meticulously maintained. A pet-friendly community, French Run could not be better located; situated in walking distance & easy access to parks, shopping, restaurants, transportation, schools, churches & medical services. Facilities are kept clean every day. They are a bit older and that brings some issues,but the management team is always quick to respond to all issues. That too being said; What must be said is that The Staff Is Amazing! Be it a matter of immediate urgency, leasing, work orders, noise, pets or parking issues: they are committed to making French Run a great community to call “home”. We have a great management team! THEY CARE,THEY HEAR YOU. Thus, quickly identifying the causes of problems, and quick to attend to any problem and concerns that arise. We are always treated with kindness and respect. Still at the end of the day WHAT TRULY MATTERS: Is commitment, open lines of communication, and quality of service present? Does this team meet these standards of service? Yes! Yes they do! Their commitment to excellence in service is rendered DAILY and CONSISTENTLY. THEY ARE THE CRITICAL DIFFERENCE that is taking French Run from being just another apartment complex to making it “ A Great Place To Live And Call Home" I live alone. Near great neighbors. I could not feel safer anywhere else. It is great that some staff live here on the premise. I have witnessed their frequent 24/7 late calls- to- action to assure that residents are safe. TO EACH OF YOU: THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! As a resident of French Run for over 5 years now; I/we have “Hit the Trifecta” with our Resident Management Team of Vicki, Robert and J.C.!
I would highly recommend French Run. Definitely a place you would love to call HOME. The leasing agent is friendly and sweet Vicki . She really knows how to run the place. Maintenance is always timely & eager to help. Nice size apartments, quite area, great location to store... There's no HOME like French Run.... Absolutely loved it here!!
