Property Ratings at Franklin Park Apartments
Love love love the location!! It is in a cute, clean neighborhood yet in the middle of Hollywood, walking distance to so many restaurants, markets, bars, etc. The parking garage is an amazing luxury especially for the price (not provided by many other apartments in the area)!! The apartment itself is clean and spacious with lots of storage space. Also, the walls are not paper thin which I've previously experienced and is something you don't discover until after moving in. Last, a deal breaker for me, is the manager; Ted is very very friendly and attentive to his tenants and as the previous review mentions, he responds quickly via text and is always friendly and helpful. You can tell he truly cares about everyone's experience. Definitely recommend!!!
Although the amenities are not the newest, the apartment in general is in a great area close to the Metro and the rent is very cheap, everything is very clean and very well put together. The apartment also comes with a parking spot in the garage. The best part about this apartment is the manager Ted. He is ALWAYS available by text and quickly jumps on any problems that may arise in the apartment. There is also a pool in the apartment and a grill. Love the area, love the price.
