They are slum lords u think it’s a deal at first or that if u always pay ur rent they will treat u better but no they are slow to respond but quick for there hands out

Please don’t move here! This property is infested with roaches & the property manager DOES NOT CARE! I’m just warning the public. Keep your money & go somewhere else. I have been here a week & was told that roaches are not a valid reason to break a lease. This property is happy to take your money & trap you into a lease. Not one time were roaches or infestations mentioned before signing. They will keep telling you about an exterminator. IT DOES NOT WORK for the amount of roaches in this property! If you are a hard working person & want a decent place to stay. Don’t choose this property unless you want your money taken & want to live with roaches for the duration of your lease.

Hollie is the property manager at this complex and she is truly amazing! She is always there to assist the residents in any way that she can. She especially goes above and beyond for the senior citizens as well as some of less fortune tenants that live here because she genuinely cares about them. I'd recommend checking this place out if you're looking to make a move!

Apartment manager Hollie takes pride in housing new tenants with dignity. She is patient and thorough through the entire process. With Hollie being an on-site property management she gets to know her tenants and it become more of a community instead of just an apartment.

I have worked with the property manager for nearly a year, helping to find safe affordable housing for so many in our city who struggle with the rising costs of housing. The property manager is fair and explains in detail, each step during the process of becoming a resident at West Bexley. If you are looking for community and not just a an apartment, West Bexley is your place!

This property had a lot of issues in the past. Been here for several years. The new management and staff that came in are great. They have really turned the building around. They respond very quickly to any problems. They have taken care of most of the issues. It is now a secure, access controlled building. The whole area is being improved, renovated and it is set to become the "trolley district". Children's hospital is buying up the area. Close to several hospitals and several schools. Multiple parks are within walking distancing. You can get about anything you need by foot, when it is not freezing. Lol. See you soon.

This building is finally coming along and back together in an amazing way. The new Manager and Staff are always willing to do there very best deal with the everyday things. They are always helpful and willing to do the best they can with in reason. They have cleaned up a lot. They have done and amazing job and getting this historical building to feel like a place everyone wants to call Home. Come check them out. I have been a tenant here a long time and have seen and amazing change in just the short time the new manager and staff have been here. Anyone looking for a reason place to live in a nice area. Stop in and see for yourself. I signed again do to what I have seen in this short time.

I am a current resident at the West Bexley Apartments. This is a great property! We have recently come under new management. Since our new property manager Anise has taken over there has been nothing but positive improvements! The building is cleaner and looks nicer. We also have a new maintenance staff - they respond very quickly to work orders, and are very thorough and efficient. The leasing office staff is very professional and polite and has been very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone! Very affordable housing -Especially with the current move in deal they have (1/2 security deposit and first months' rent) The building is clean. Maintenance has great response time. Great Neighborhood! Quick move in process.

The property manager and other tenants were very kind to me. They didn't bother charging me a app fee and reserved a room I wanted even before i put down the security deposit. The room was very spacious and clean. Minor repairs were needed.( which they addressed quickly.) I highly recommend checking it out if you re looking for nice, quiet and affordable housing.

I feel like the apartments are cozy and excellent staff. It is a homely feel. Maintenance is top knotch. I highly recommend West Bexley Apartments.

I recently took a tour here and ive got to say the customer service was just amazing. Super nice and wasnt overly aggressive like the usual sales person in todays world.
