My move in experience was horrendous but after that all and all, I was able to get things situated. Outside of that, the neighborhood and community is nice. The amenities are lovely. I would just request maybe some sort of pest control outside of the buildings.

I do love my apartment, it is extremely spacious (1 bedroom- 1,024sq ft.), I love the layout, and the rent pricing is not horrible for the amount of space I get. The gym is pretty nice & I enjoy going on runs around the property with all the beautiful trees along the sidewalk. Some of the cons though- the pool is very small. Car alarms going off every single day, multiple times a day. The parking spots are small. And there’s usually at least one incident a week where someone is yelling/crashing out/fighting in the parking lot, hallways, or just anywhere on the property. And people don’t pick up their dogs waste. And one lady in my building lets her dog pee and poop in the apartment building breezeway.

I’ve been living here for a while now and honestly really like it. The place is clean, quiet, and feels safe. Maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request, which is a big plus. The apartments are nice and modern, and the location makes it easy to get to stores, restaurants, and the highway. Parking is decent too. Overall, solid spot if you’re looking for a comfortable place to live.

The buildings can be cleaner & less noisy. For the amount of the rent I shouldn’t feel like I live in the projects. Maintenance closes out tickets without fulfilling them which is quite annoying. Things in the house break left & right smh

I haven’t been so tired in my entire life! I love my apartment but the neighbors are a absolute no. The outside of the building smells horrible, the breezeways smell as well and dirty, and large spiderwebs are always in the way of actually leaving the building. I just feel like more can and should be done to make residents truly feel at “home” because for some reason living here reminds me of living on my college campus…

It's been a few years since moving to Foxwoods and it has been a quiet sanctuary for me. After a long day of work, all I want to do is relax and wind down and it has been the perfect place to call home. My neighbors are friendly but most of all they respect everyone's space and keep to themselves. It is also the perfect location because it takes less than 5 minutes to get on 40. Of course the best reason to live in an apartment is not having to worry about maintenance issues and the team are quick to act upon any problems. The management team gives plenty of notice when they are about to do work around the apartment. Excellent.

I love how luxurious my apartment is. Super spacious, cute and modern! Love the elevators since I’m on the 4th. Its never too loud in my building and it the community sometimes has food trucks come.

The complex was absolutely gorgeous when we first moved here, now people are moving here with disrespectful kids; which they are destroying the property. However, the staff and maintenance team continue to keep the premises/community safe and clean.

Poor communication with staff. This place went from luxury apartments to ghetto projects. From break ins to your cars, to strangers with guns knocking on your door, to unkept pool, to broken computers and printers. Don’t even get me started on the filthy walkways and constant smell of weed. Such a shame because the apartments are beautiful but the property itself is unsafe and unkept.

Great place to reside. Quiet, great atmosphere, great amenities. However, I have noticed throughout my daily walk around the complex it’s a lot of dog poop on the property.

Trash is left in the breezeway frequently, during the summer the pool was out of control with teenagers yelling and causing a scene. The gym could use an upgrade. I have nothing but amazing things to say about maintenance, and the apartment it self is great.
Alisha made moving in an easy process, she provided all the required information to set up the internet and door access. Good customer service and support. The Apartment Complex website is user friendly.

Nothing is ever perfect. But it’s only my first week. So far I’ve noticed how congested the parking lot is at night and how mishandled the trash is . But that’s not my problem . I love my home inside, but wish they would sometimes clean the elevators from the dog smells

It use to be a nice environment but now they let anybody live here. I wish all apartments were not pet friendly. The bldg. I live in the area even when walking out the grass is always filled will dog waste all day everyday and it stinks all the time like dog waste. People let their dogs go anywhere and nothing is ever done about it. You don’t even want guest to come over and visit. They worked on the hallway floors left our doors nasty. People be smoking on the elevator, people be smoking marijuana and you smell it all outside, in your hallways and I always smell it in my apartment which I never did before. No need to complain all they do is send out emails like people really read them or even care. This property is really going down. All I feel they care about is getting our money!
Dog poop all over the community. Outside could be cleaner. Maintenance not that great. They don’t repair like they should. Overall it’s a nice quiet neighborhood.
Love it here the peace and quiet is lovely and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I love the convince to stores and shopping. I enjoy the feel of the community

The apartments are very spacious and gorgeous. Property is well kept and managed. Amenities are great. Most of the residents are nice and considerate and the staff is always available to help in anyway.
