Been staying here since 2016 and it’s absolutely lovely! Great location, feel safe and secure, and the staff is always very helpful when needed, especially 24 hour maintenance and when they let us drop a package to the office for pick up. Cannot express my thanks enough as I’ve had a positive experience for everything so far.

Good community of people from my experience, and the location is great for a couple if reasons. One, you are right next to the bike path and skunk creek. Two that you are just a few blocks from Hyvee, and Lake Lorraine. Easy access to shopping, but the complex is tucked in enough that you can walk out your door and feel separated from the town around you.
I have rented a lot of apartments, but Foxmoor Apartments is my favorite. It seems like they're raising the cost of rent and to be honest, it is justified.
Property manager is demeaning and condescending. Hidden fees including guaranteed $200 cleaning fee at end of lease. They just care about getting your money.
I’ve been renting here for 3 years and just signed for another year. My experience here has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredible including the maintenance staff. My apartment is perfect and overlooks Skunk creek and the bike path. My Bank, salon, dentist, grocery store and Dr. are all within 6 blocks which means living here is super convenient. I’m also close to tons of shopping with Lake Lorraine and the Mall right around the corner. Overall I would give 5 stars!
I've been at Foxmoor for seven years...nice place, safe, friendly people. Good response from maintenance. Many apartments offer open views, some of Skunk Creek and the bike paths. Just a short drive from a nice Hy-Vee grocery.
I would give this place negative stars if I could. Terrible place to live unless you are loud and do drugs because then you should live here. I was told by the property manager that they only “evict” people if they are not paying rent. This complex is a joke, they have numerous hidden fees that they do not tell you until after you move in. The management does not help you when you have issues with neighbors. My neighbors smoked marijuana while I was living here and they did nothing to solve the issue or evict them. In all honesty they only care about getting you into a lease with them and then they don’t care about you anymore.

This is a great place to live! The buildings are always clean, have secured entrances and great amenities. The office staff are very friendly and always ready to help in any way. Maintenance requests are addressed right away. Easy access to interstate, shopping and restaurants.
For my first time moving to Sioux Falls, this place is a great place to live. I feel extremely happy and at home here.
I have absolutely LOVED living in the Foxmoor for the past 3 years. It is a clean, quiet, friendly community where I feel safe and love to be at home. The amenities are awesome and the staff is so helpful and caring. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Great place to live - very friendly staff, and amenities are great ( 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool/ spa, movie theater and gym). Property is very well up kept and neighbors are quiet. Also very fast to respond to maintenance request. Deposit is higher then most apartments that I have lived in, but I was very pleased how much I got back. As long as you follow the paper they give you, and keep the apartment in good shape, they will give you most of your deposit back - basic carpet cleaning fees. I was very pleased how much I got back. Would not hesitate to look for an apartment here if I moved back! my stay was great!
I've lived here for several years, and plan on renewing when my lease expires. The amenities are incredible and include gyms, a theater room, community room, indoor and outdoor pools, underground/garage parking, and soft water. The bike trails are just outside the property and connect two parks across the street. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Honestly, that alone is why I continue to renew. I love living here. It's clean, well maintained, and the units are sound insulated, so I only hear my neighbors when I'm outside of my apartment. It's a great place to call home.
The staff was incredible. Gabrielle, a young lady at the front desk was incredibly polite and attentive to our needs. I recommend anyone to call this home.
I lived in Foxmoor Apartments for a few years, left and ended up coming back because of how satisfied I was with the complex.
The cleanliness of the complex of Foxmoor Apartments is excellent. I am so pleased with my living experience here.
Conveniently located right off of I-29. It is a quick drive to restaurants and the shopping locations. The hallways are wide which is great for moving. Maintenance requests are easily filled out online and promptly answered. The buildings are secure which is really nice.
These apartments are a great place to live because the are beautiful, fun, and full of amenities. There are two gorgeous pools, a great fitness center, and a movie theatre. The apartments are spacious and very nice to live in.
Foxmoor gives you the feeling of living in a fancy hotel. Swimming pools, spas, fitness centers and a movie theatre! Not to mention in - unit washer and dryer! What more could someone ask for? The word luxury doesn't cut it! Spectacular living is more like it! You'd think this place would be expensive, right? Wrong! Definitely affordable for a average college student like me.
I have lived here for almost two years and am only considering moving due to my job relocating. I absolutely love my apartment. It's clean, well-maintained, and the office staff knows my name whenever I wander in to grab a package. I would highly recommend it.
