Fox Hunt Farms is located in a great location close to food, coffee, shopping, and interstate. Staff including maintenance is very responsive and always resolves issues in a timely manner. Neighboring tenants are respectful and quiet. Rent is super easy to pay and curbside trash is AMAZING. We sold our home expecting to buy another. After living at Fox Hunt Farms we have decided to lease again because of how much stress has been taken off with the excellent services/staff.

FHF has great community center and amenities like pool and grill. However communication and professionalism from management office needs to improve. The overall condition of the apartment is average—requires some minor cosmetic upgrades and better pest control services/systems.

Fox Hunt Farms felt like home the moment I walked into the leasing office with my fiancé. We were sold as soon as we saw how clean, well maintained, and quiet the area was! I do not have a single complaint. This is the place to live! The location is perfect, our apartment is perfect (especially having the best view of the pool), and overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an apartment in Fort Mill!

Great apartment, people, and location. I love my new apartment. I moved into the community after reading many reviews for this place and others in the community. They really lean into providing the best service possible. When I had to call the office with questions, they were professional and took care of any questions I had promptly. Its centrally located in Fort Mill in a great location. Jenny is very helpful and showed us around the complex and Mike helped make sure our move was smooth. I recommend to others looking to make a move to Fort mill.

Been living here for 3 years now and absolutely love the peace and quiet, the maintenance department the few times I have needed it, has come faster than expected. Oh, and there is a small plaza that has a great walking distance.

Most of the time, it's fine. A bit high priced for what they call "Luxury". They are remodeling the club house so we can't use the gym. Yet we don't get a discount since that amenity we pay for is not available. When the trash compactor was broke and we had to take our trash to another location that was not on the property, we didn't get a discount for that amenity. They say the place is clean, however they don't discipline the renters that are messy or leave their dog poo everywhere. My car was broken into and they didn't have anything to say about it. Master bedrooms are next to stairs and everyone that climbs the stairs wears cement shoes. Doors that lead to the outside don't seal completely. Poor housekeeping for what we pay. It is NOT luxury.

Apartments are nice but rent is super high for what you get. Depending on your situation buying a house is cheaper than renting here.

The apartment complex is OK. The walls are crazy thin. If someone let's a door close on its own, you will hear and feel it, two floors up. My neighbor, Sir Slams a lot made sure I could never hang anything on the wall. Thefts, my truck was broken in. Then, I confronted a armed man attempting to steal my car. Pool, large groups of non residents will have pool parties on Sundays. Nasty lyrics music will be loud. Packages, expect to never see at least one package a month. Car wash, there is a very busy car wash at the entrance. Making a left on 160 is a white knuckle experience. Cost, expect a 10 to 15% increase every year. Add on cost, check what you are signing. They charge for every little thing. The maintenance staff is incredible. The office staff changes so often they don't bother with name tags.

The community is nice. We like the new grill and playground near our building. I wish they offered bigger fridge for the 3 bedroom apartments. For a family of four the freezer portion gets full pretty quickly. During the warmer months, our apartment gets roaches even though we keep it clean. I wish better pest control services were offered around the premises.

People are very friendly, the leasing office personnel are excellent. Maintenance workers are friendly and are genuinely happy to help. The grounds are always clean and landscaping is lovely. There’s nothing not to like about Fox Hunt Farms Apartments.

Management is terrible. Parking is limited and if you work late you can’t find parking anywhere at the complex, you will need to park at the hotel near by or on the street. Good luck getting anyone to respond to an email. You are charged pest control fee every month but they never spray; we have ants and other insects get in the apartment and having to deal with them on our own because management won’t respond to maintenance requests and emails. We were charged pet fees and we don’t have a pet. Many issues with billing, late fees charged when we paid it time. What a mess. Overpriced but not worth the price; they call it luxury living but you need to buy and change your light bulbs, pay for carpet cleaning and every other thing they can think of to save money.

I find the maintenance, the service is wonderful, thorough, clean when they’re finished, even if there are several visits, the area where ever they were is cleaned up when done for the day. Prompt, courteous, efficient! Andrew is the key to the maintenance performance at Fox Hunt Farms! A great place to live!

I have always lived in a townhouse community. This is my first apartment in a development type community. I have to say the employees here are exceptional people. They care about each resident and are so professional. I would recommend Fox Hunt Farms to anyone looking for an apartment in Fort Mill.

Basically, what I want to say, the complex itself is great, my wife and I really like it here. Quiet, cozy, and beautiful. But the first experience with the arrival left its mark, in the form of a non-working window, a lot of stains on the walls and ceilings(extremely poor quality work of contractors who were engaged in painting the apartment), and the window was also dirty from the inside. The broken window was done, many thanks to the handyman Andrew, he has golden hands, the problem with stains could not be solved, because according to the company's policy, it is forbidden to carry out a full painting while someone lives in the apartment, we are also waiting for a replacement of a dirty window. I really hope that all the problems will be solved soon, and we will plan to extend our stay here with great pleasure. I am also grateful to the rest of the office team Jenny, Victoria, and Ashley.

This place is touted as luxury. I do not agree with that. I can only speak from my unit. The floors are horrendous, there's paint spatters everywhere. apparently painters did not know what drop cloths are for. Additionally the floors are scratched in some places the wax over the floors has been scraped up there are spots where you can see this, especially in the bathroom. It was like this when I moved in and that was 4 years ago. I've asked to have my floors redone or have these paint spatters removed with no satisfaction from management.

I've been living at these apartments for a year and a half and I love it! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The property is so safe and the amenities are incredible. The management even create events so that the neighbors can connect. I would definitely recommend people moving here
