Asked For One Bedroom Denied my ever asking them for that. Yep, I drove all the way from East Hartford to Vernon without notifying them. Way to go Management, blame the client .

Garbage disposal and fire alarm I put in the request at 6 am and the maintenance person was here at 8 to fix both my requests. You have a wonderful maintenance staff.

never had so bad experience in my live like I had here,my family we’re going to move from other state to here,I applied for apartment at September 16,paid 300$ for application apartment was ready to move and that the hell started,never call back never answer the questions,the lady from lease office told the same every time YOUR APPLICATION IS UNDER REVIEW,Center office which is in California also never call back,never answer the phone,that’s why I rented other one and get my approve in 24 hour,And finally they call me today and ask if I am still interested ?After losing money ,waste time and was stressed during almost month even no apologies that’s why my advice RUN AWAY FROM THEM!
I liked having an apartment . I had great neighbors and everyone was so friendly. Management and maintenance took care of everything and it was easy renting . The location was good and I like the country setting. Plenty of parking too.

Unprofessional, poor, and unkind management working here. Donna and Lina need some more serious training or get new jobs. The office is hardly open and they never work weekends and when I had an emergency over the weekend maintenence told me I wasn't allowed to have contact with management, hmm even thou they are supposed to be on call 24/7? Talk about lazy!! Donna is the rudest, she hangs up on you when you speak to her on the phone which with her age you would think she would stop acting like a child. This office is nothing but money hungry. They will have your car towed which will cost you over 200$, no respect for the tentants. And it's sad because the tentants are the ones helping put money in there pay checks. This business needs new mangment !! I do not recommended anyone moving here unless you like to waste money on all there rule changes that they scam you with just to get an extra dollar!!!
Fox hill commons is an ideal place for inidviduals looking to live in a quiet apartment complex without having to worry about disturbing others. The townhouses have plenty of space and the basement is a great space for activities or a chill area. Also, not being able to hear my neighbors is great and they also say the same to me. The apartment managers are understanding when it comes to roommate deals and paying rent is super convenient. The only things I could imagine that needs improving here are the leasing offices hours and the parking. The leasing office seems to close early often and when more than one neighbor has company over the parking lot gets packed fast. All in all, fox hill commons feels safe and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants a nice quiet neighborhood to live in without having to buy a house.
