Honestly such a nice place to live! It's clean, quiet, and everyone is really friendly! We worked with Sam for our move in, and I have nothing negative to say. She went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with her since. I've only lived her a few months, but have no intention to move out any time soon! Love it here!

I’ve been really happy with my 2-bedroom apartment here at Fox Hill. The space is clean, comfortable, and well laid out — plenty of room for everything, and the bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen and living area feel bright and open, and the whole place stays quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate after work. The staff and maintenance team are always professional and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. The community is safe and well-kept, with plenty of parking and nice outdoor areas to walk around. It’s also super convenient to get to local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Overall, Fox Hill Apartments has been a great place to call home — affordable, well-managed, and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality 2-bedroom apartment in Enfield!

It’s a nice place to live; the units are nice and I can’t really hear noises from other units. I like that each unit has one assigned spot, and the leasing office is good about enforcing that. It might be helpful to have cars registered so they know which car belongs to which unit. I’m glad they upgraded the washers/dryers to an app, very convenient. They are pretty good about urgent maintenance issues, but I have had a non-urgent issue fall off of their radar, so it would be helpful if they had a better way to track those. Overall, it’s a nice place.

We have lived here for many years and feel like it is a safe place to live. While it is dog friendly it is also located in a convenient area that works for us. People are friendly and maintenance has been quick to help if we have any issues.

I’ve been living at Fox Hill Apartments for six months, and it’s been nothing short of smooth sailing. I haven’t had a single issue or noise complaint — the community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The entire experience has been seamless thanks to Sam, who went above and beyond from day one. She made the entire process simple, stress-free, and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and friendliness are a big part of why I decided to move forward with Fox Hill in the first place. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-managed, peaceful, and handled by people who actually care, I can’t recommend Fox Hill Apartments enough.

We've lived here for a few years. The management has been so good to us, when times were tough they were very patient & compassionate. Our apartment is very roomy and nice. We Like our neighbors too. Set back from the road but I can get to work in minutes. If you are thinking of Fox Hill as an option, you won't be sorry!

I've been living here for a year and a half and minus the occasional Marijuana smell and up charging of the rent, its rather safe and clean. Never any bugs and really spacious!

Fox Hill has very comfortable, modern, and well-maintained accommodations. The single room apartments and studio’s are very spacious, and climate controls are cost efficient. Property management is friendly and easy to communicate with. Laundry facilities are numerous and easily accessible as well, and never overrun. I would definitely stay at a property managed by Navarino again!

Noisy apartments you can hear everything from the apartment above , no insulation at all . For the past 6 months I have to hear Neighbors fight and argue every day , has been almost 6 months no good night of sleep , I’m scared for my life sometimes . I have kids and they have to hear all this profane talk and fights :( Can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can get out of here ..

I have lived at Fox Hill for almost 20 years and have seen owners come and go. Navarino purchased the property a little over two years ago and is the best! Their on site property management team (manager, leasing agent and maintenance staff) is remarkable in its response time and concern for improving the property, which had become a bit run down because ownership had changed too frequently. They consistently seek feedback from us and act on our responses, as best as they can. The location of Fox Hill, for me, if optimum because it is on the town bus line and close to all of the services in Enfield. I am happy to be living here and plan to continue for the foreseeable future!

Lived in a 1BR for 12 months. Enjoyed it until they attempted to raise my rent by well over 10%. Apartments are roomy with a nice deck area. Maintenance requests are always done next day which was great. Super pet friendly with doggy bags available. "Dog Park" area is small but better than nothing. Many decks leading to the front door are old and rickety. Paint is peeling and wood planks squeak. They've been replacing the decks slowly but really need to keep up better. Office management rarely answers emails same day. They don't seem to have it as together as they should. They were unclear on move-out procedure and often gave wrong information.
