Property Ratings at Fox Hill Apartments
Horrible Experience, Renewed Lease for 1 yr, the NEXT day found out I had to relocate for work; Manager would NOT change Month to Month, although notified by New Apartment Complex OUT OF STATE; yet reported to collections, and is now on credit report. Keeping in mind, rent was paid up to the day I packed up out of complex.
Property Manager at Fox Hill Apartments, Responded To This Review
It has already been established that the tenant notified our office of his job loss and was charged a termination fee in lieu of the remainder of the lease, given his circumstance. A 30 day written notice was not provided nor a forwarding address. The tenant signed a 6 month lease renewal and vacated 2 1/2 months into the lease term, only paying partial rent for that month. We regret the tenant feels this way but had he contacted our office back in 2018 to dispute any charges or make a payment arrangement we would have been happy to assist where we could. Unfortunately making a complaint a year and 3 months later, there is nothing that can be done. Fox Hill Management
Fox Hill is quiet and the apartments are nice for the price. The only complaint I have is about the ants. It took forever for someone to address the issue and the traps only worked for a few weeks.
Very quite, family friendly, mixed cultures, Gated community with security at the gate 10pm- 6am.
Good value for the money, but very low on walking scale. Also, there are very places to eat other than fast food.
