Property Ratings at Fox Crossing Creek Apartments
New complex with major appliances failing. No response by management or maintenance regarding inquiries or problems. Portal states 15 days to respond for maintenance but that doesn't happen. Recently threatened to charge for not breaking down boxes for dumpsters. Now charge for hallway lighting..5 light bulbs costing $25.00 per tenant. Go anywhere else.
They are charging me for damage that is the result of poor workmanship. Paint coming off cabinets, paint damage that was caused by steam. They are charging me for cleanup around dumpsters. The dumpsters are provided for tenants. They have 2 dumpsters, one for trash and one for recycling for 140 tenants. There always was trash all over. Please don’t rent here.
