We had a great experience visiting Fox Crest Apartments, where I was warmly welcomed by the property manager, Nina, and her fantastic team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The units are charming, spacious, and reasonably priced. Not to mention their beautiful pool area (up to 8 feet deep) and play ground. A big thank you for the hospitality shown to my aunt and me -we truly appreciated it. It's refreshing to see such a dedicated and friendly leasing staff.

I have so much to say about this place but to keep it simple & easy STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The only good thing from this place is the maintenance guys. All you should know is there’s MICE! and I’m not the only one with that problem here! I overheard some neighbors outside talking about mice in their apartment! This is the review I needed to see before moving in to know to STAY AWAY from here You’ve been warned!

I love living here. I have been living here for 3 years. My building is quiet & the few neighbors I know we look out for each other. The leasing office team is great! Just call and they will be happy to help! The maintenance team is great as well definitely Lupe, he is always helping/ fixing anything that might need to be fixed at the time of fixing! Will be renewing!!!

Fox Crest is a Awesome place to live. The grounds are beautiful, they have a pool, grilling areas, and a playground for the children. Fox Crest is safe and peaceful. I have been here for 3 yrs and recommend to many people.

I live here with my daughter and we really like that we are so close to friends and family as well as shopping centers and the six flags great America. I love how close it is to Rt 41 because of my job and I like how spacious the rooms are.

Reviewed 05/13/2020 We used to live here about 16 years ago and we recently moved back I'm glad we did Apartments are very spacious prices are very affordable besides we Happy to see the same staff members like Jeff and Enrico they response quickly to any work order that needs to be fix Martha is the Manager and she is been very attentive with us next time you look for a place come and check out Fox Crest you won't regret it

Fox Crest is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff are super! I have great neighbors! The views are the best (at least on my side ;)). Very comfy, cozy & secure feeling!

Buildings and units are outdated; they will only make updates when you renew your lease at the expense of a rent increase. The parking lots are poorly maintained. They flood on a regular basis; several tenants have experienced automobile damage due to this (the management offers no help or remorse in this matter). The parking lots are often times overcrowded and it is not unusual to find glass and garbage sprawled around them. If you do not enjoy coming home to the smell of marijuana this is not the place for you. Although management claims there is no smoking on the premises, they do nothing to stop it. Buildings have been evacuated several time due to tenants smoking in halls, stairways and laundry rooms leading to smoke alarms being activated and the fire department having to come on scene. Police presence is frequent due strange individuals roaming the premises, there have also been multiple car break agains (management offers no assistance with those either). Maintenance request are ignored unless mentioned multiple times.
Good for a first time renter, but that's about it. Beautiful property but it's all really just for show. Lived here for 4 years, and the tennis courts have been closed off since before I moved in. If you have something in your apartment break and need maintenance, better learn how to fix it yourself. Took about 4 months for my vent above stove to be fixed and have numerous things that I've mentioned need fixing, and have continuously been ignored. Although we don't NEED carbon monoxide detectors as its all electric, and it's just a law(or rule I don't really know, just know you have to have one), ours has been broken for a year with it just brushed aside by maintenance. Parking is a joke, if you make it home after 8 there's a chance you'll have to park at a whole different building. My car has also been hit a few times, once my side mirror was completely ripped off. Management is rude and doesn't interact well, kind of like talking to a brick. Nothing gets taken care of and all they care about is the money. Highly recommend continuing your search elsewhere.
