Situated in western Central Ohio about an hour’s drive north of Columbus, Marion is a small town steeped in a rich historical past. Home to President Warren G. Harding for most of his adult life, Marion contains the Harding Home Presidential Site and the Harding Memorial. Marion also has a wide variety of museums, such as the Huber Machinery Museum, Buckeye Telephone Museum, and the Wyandot Popcorn Museum.
Marion hosts the largest popcorn festival in the country in addition to numerous year-round downtown events, including Leap into Laughter, A Taste of Marion, Christmas in Downtown Marion, and Pop N Drop. Almost two miles of museums, performance venues, restaurants, shops, antique stores, and artisan retailers constitute Marion’s Cultural Corridor, providing a walkable space for residents and visitors to enjoy. The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Fox Chase, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Fox Chase. We understand that utilities are an important aspect for many residents. We encourage you to reach out to us at CustomerService@TRProp.com if you have any further comments or suggestions you'd like to share.
For Marion, Ohio it is okay and reasonably priced for being on arguably the best side of town. The cabinets and appliances are at least 20 years old if not older. The ownership company will not put any money into these apartments to make them nice, just enough to be serviceable. The carpet is the cheapest available and I am not sure there is any pad underneath it. The management takes their time resolving any issues within the apartment, but that it probably typical of most apartments. The landscape is well taken care of and they do offer community washers and dryers. The exercise room within the clubhouse is pretty sad though because the equipment is old and they do not have any aerobic equipment. Utilities are reasonable. Overall, just an average apartment complex on the preferred side of town.
