Its been smooth safe and reliable to stay here with maintenance staff being good and efficient and management doing its work properly.
Overall experience at Fountainhead so far has been good. Office staff is very good at communicating, maintenance is friendly and do a great job. The unit I am in is a great price, and like they have washer and dryer in units.

After having a little trouble with the move-in date, my family and I are finally in OUR home. My leasing officer Alyssa, was SO amazing and very helpful/responsive! With every concern I had, she was more than quick to answer my questions. Also, if Alyssa wasn’t in the office at the moment, the other staff were also amazing and very friendly! They all made sure that I understood every question that I had in detail. I am so happy to finally be here.

I submitted the form describing what was needing repairs and what conditions I found the apartment in when I first moved in and never got any response. Also, my patio has a broken barrier that is sure to break if I touch it

It is very peaceful here. When I have issues with the light or any concern the staff is very helpful & get it fixed quickly. Communication to the tenants is awesome. Love that there is plenty of parking space.

The complex just feels very outdated and old. Maintenance is okay but it can take days for some requests to be answered. My neighbors can be noisy and there is a lot of animal waste around the complex.

My maintenance ticket go closed withough any action. Stay is good, locality is silent. People from neighbouring apartment uses the pool so little lag in security

I love living here. It’s so quiet and generally clean. There’s lots of trees and nature around. The front office staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The price is great and even includes an in unit washer/dryer and a balcony. I suggest living here to everyone I know who’s looking to rent. It’s a great place to live.

My only issue would be the TRESPASSING from all the kids/people that come to use the pools all the time leaving behind trash, graffiti, bringing weapons, fighting & DISTURBANCES at all hours of the night and especially during the summer

Apartments are old. Very less number of maintenance staff. so tickets were addressed late. Eventhough apartments are old the rent will be increased every year.

i love it here, it’s older but has a home-like feeling. the front office staff are super nice and helpful. i like that i’m around everything in the city but away from the highway and don’t hear lots of cars and the hum of traffic.

They are working very hard to keep thebgrounds clean When something breaks down they are fast to fix it. It would be nice if they could fix the pot holes. It looks like some of them were done. But not the ones by my apartment.

It was so fast and easy moving in and soon as I tell them something wrong it's fixed within a day or 2, if it's an emergency it's fixed that Day..haven't had too much wrong go on. I like the complex, it is very quiet but I don’t like they do maintenance to water system so often. Also, sometimes I request some repairs to my apartment and it gets a lot to be repaired. But I would say is 8/10

Things are getting better. But still, there are occasions when we do not get enough support from the front desk.. Also not much response to bug issues etc. General concerns like parking, cleaning , garbage handling, gate repairing etc to be taken care of better. The place is pretty quiet, very comfortable and spacious apartments. The staff has been very, very helpful, by answering all my questions that I had. When a work order is placed for maintenance, it is done right away with no issues. I would recommend this place to my friends and family if they decide to move to an apartment.

It does feel like the complex isn't as nice as it once was. Rent keeps going up but the units are still super outdated. It's fine but nicer absolutely exists.

This apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a friendly community. The location is ideal, with shops and parks nearby. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

I have been here for about five months now, the office ladies are always so nice especially Michelle. Any time I have an issue it is fixed promptly, which I haven’t had many thankfully. I love the area and all of the greenery surrounding the apartments as well.

Friendly people, great staff. Amenities are great as well, 5 different pools .quiet neighborhood with a safe feeling you don't get in most places.

This is really a good and quiet community, it's walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. Easy access to the highway, no one ever bothers you.

I like the community and feeling of safety. I haven’t had any problems with pests or anything, which is a plus. Management is professional and always helpful.

I have been living here for a couple of years and it's been pretty good. I love that if we need anything maintenance is always there. I also love that we have washer and dryers already inside our apartments. 10/10

It was ok, had to move to a smaller apt do to a fire.Now we are very uncomfortable. Hopefully everything will be fixed soon.the fire was cause by someone else

The community is very peaceful and it’s a beautiful, nature filled spot, even though it’s just outside of the freeway. Maintenance has been prompt and staff is very friendly.

It's a great place to live. It is very homey. I love the trees and landscape. Having five pools and 3 Jacuzzis is fantastic. When I have something needing to be fixed. They are pretty quick about tending to the situation.

My experience so far is great. I’m glad I chose these apartments, it is a great community and is only ten minutes from my job. I would gladly recommend this place to my coworkers that have a long commute.

Fountainhead is located near several restaurants, highways, hospitals and entertainment. The bus line is really convenient to get to and use.

I love it here. It is so peaceful. Neighbors are great pools are great I really enjoy it here it's nice and cozy and the staff is awesome I'm so glad I moved here
