Property Ratings at Fountaingate
I have had a pleasant experience living here. My neighbors are friendly and quite. I love that Fountain Gates Apartments is pet friendly and I'm able to take my dog for walks without being bothered by anyone. I also love that the community has access to a swimming pool and a workout facility that the residents can use.
The management (Kat and Courtney) are very professional, knowledgeable and quite understanding when problems arise. The maintenance are quick to respond when there are problems.
great staff & maintenance! affordable & nice apartments. the only thing they can approve on is getting rid of the potholes on the roads & take care of the sticker patches. :)
I've lived at Fountaingate for approximately eight years and I love it. It is quiet and peaceful. For me, that is very important. I am disabled and my cat and I prefer to live a quiet lifestyle. Management and maintenance are always busy helping people. They are eager to help me, anytime I have concerns. They are very helpful, kind and considerate. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and has everything I need and want. I will continue to live here for as long as possible.
Been great here. Had no issues and staff have always been great answering any concerns. Got my application done fast and allowed me to get moved in fast
I have good neighbors, and it's really quiet here,I love it here ,except for my dog. He seems to think he has to bark at everyone who passes the window. It's great to be here. Hope I never have to move.
I have be living here for over 6 months and still have no sliding door blinds or dishwasher and blinds need replacement .I give up trying to put in work orders because they never get things done!
issues with upkeep and maintenance. Even if you pay on time they hardly repair things. I've been waiting 3 years for the AC and heating to be repaired completely. At the moment the heater is not working correctly as it continues to run past when it should shut off after heating. In turn, the cycles c9kd air through the drafty apartment reducing the heat in the apartment. Highest bill I've removed in years 876.56 USD for a month of service. I go to the officer over 12 times asking for some kind of repair that will stop the cold air coming into the house over four months I've been told it would be repaired and it has not. it's sad I moved here over 5 years ago it's only gotten worse I've been in school reason I haven't moved out but school is almost done, guess I goto another apartment soon.
There is nothing between floors to even slightly curb footsteps from upstairs. Every step, every movement can be heard loud and clear. Constant loud noise.
As soon as new management took over, we've been knee deep in problems, our most current problem being that the AC cannot not be used or else it will start leaking and pooling water all over the AC closet. It has managed to leak into the hallway and master bedroom closet. This has been going on for the better half of August, but they told us it wasn't an emergency, and even told Emergency Maintenance to ignore calls about AC repairs for some reason. Try calling the office during open hours and no one wants to answer the phone. If you want their help, make yourself a nuisance at their door. I do not recommend living here.
I've lived here 2 years and going on my 3rd year. I love it. The staff and manager are very helpful and there for you. It's a quiet peaceful and friendly neighborhood. I can't wait for them to open their pools back up. They've been closed due to covid. There's covered parking and it's pet friendly.
I’ve lived here since 12/2017 in two separate units. The staff is helpful for the most part and always greet you when you come into the front office. The grounds are taken care of and clean. The amount for each unit I’ve lived in seems fair for this area and for the age of the apartments themselves. Both areas I’ve lived at are usually quiet and all the neighbours are friendly. I’d recommend becoming a tenant here.
The management team is friendly and professional. They are always willing to go the extra mile. I read the review of the fitness center not opening. People please remember we are in the middle of a pandemic. I am glad that they didn't open it. Many floorplans to choose from and very large apartments. Great to have a fireplace especially on the cold winter nights. Makes my home cozy!
Management has been very rude. We were told a fitness center would be opened in Aug and they have yet to open one as of Nov. Our water bill is double what they estimated it would be. Noise is a major issue. There are children running around unsupervised. There are stickers covering the property. About the unit itself - NO pantry, area above cabinets was covered in a thick layer of dust when we moved in. After 5 months, they have yet to fix the weather stripping around our front door so our electric bill is more expensive than it should be. Walls are thin. We can smell cigarette smoke from outside and coming up through our fireplace from the people downstairs. Our dishwasher does not get the dishes clean, even after having them come look at it. Flooring and appliances are cheap. Unit is outdated. Overall, these are your basic cheap apartments. I have found nothing special or "luxurious" about them. I do not feel that they are worth the money.
