Clean quiet community. Most issues have been dealt with quickly. Some water disruptions have been an annoyance, but it’s an older complex so plumbing issues are understandable. Pool was closed several days but resolved. Friendly staff.
Fountain Plaza apartments are fantastically priced and offer excellent amenities whilst having reasonable living space and parking.

Upon move in my apartment seemed like it was falling apart. The building also seems poorly maintained. The amenities, like the pool, don’t seem to be cleaned at all. Appeared to have a brown poop looking stain at the bottom of the pool for at least 2 months. Laundry rooms look dingy. Reported some issues to maintenance for my apartment and they didn’t want to fix it, just said it’s an old apartment and left it at that. They definitely give these apartments the “landlord special” for any “maintenance” and call it a day.

Water issues all the time..AC always blown out..the office staffs are nice but the technicians are not..you have to insist like 2x before the fix a thing in your complex..Emergency calls are never answered..I regret coming here I can't wait for my lease to expire so I can live.

Love the spot, great location that is close to city life while also being within arms reach of nature! Food, walkability, and I love the floor plan I got (1bd 1ba with the den) Move in was smooth with just a few bumps in the road, but its all just personal pet peeves.

While the staff is friendly and welcoming. There are still issues that need to be addressed. For example, many of the washers and dyers are out of order and have been for a long time now. Communication about water outages has gotten better - but could still use improvement. It's particularly frustrating when the water has ben shut off and then turned back on - how long it takes for hot water to properly be turned on. We're told the water is back on but it is still a day or two before we actually get hot water.

The hot water is turned off every week basically how is tht ok ? How are my kids supposed to take showers for school or do dishes it's getting a little ridiculous it's been off 10 times since I've lived here for 3 months and I think money should be taken off rent for this .

Great for first time renters who have no idea what they're doing, when I first took a tour of the place the people running the office were able to make everything clear and understandable. The move in process was easy and hassle free. Plus the placement of these apartments is perfect because many store options and other goods are a 5 minute drive away. The community is quiet and non disruptive. Overall a great experience for first time renting.

Be prepared that the water will be turned off frequently. Management isn't the best about communicating these disruptions. You'll be notified when the water is turned off but it can be turned off for days with no further communication/updates about the status - unless you reach out directly but the office is only open until 5:00 p.m. and closed Sunday's so if you work, you may not be able to get in contact with staff to get updates. There is also the issue if animal waste around the grounds. Residents with pets don't pick up after their animals. I wish management would do more to enforce tenants to clean up after their pets.

Biggest issue here the water gets turned off unexpectedly almost every week or there will just be no hot water for hours. Also if anything breaks maintenance takes almost a month or they will come in and look at it and never come back.

Fountain Plaza is conveniently located. It is close to parks and shopping. Very close to work too. The layout of our apartment works well for our family. Our outside area is appreciated by our whole family, our kids, and our dog love it. We have easily been able to make Fountain Plaza apartment our home.

Easy to move in, detailed contract, friendly and overall a nice quiet area around a bunch of stuff to do. Very clean and neat my work so thats a plus for me!

nice place to live, quiet and affordable. Management has some serious communication problems with residents, their response time to questions can take 2-3 days or more. Other than that, good place to live.
