Highly Recommend This has been the best renting experience I have had thanks to the management here. I had a lot of support with signing the lease, and my move out experience was smooth. Maintenance responded to my requests quickly, and the office staff kept people up to date on routine maintenance, incoming bad weather, missing cats, and community events. And the tenants are a mix of students, young professionals, and families, so it stayed quiet most of the time.

Close to Hospital, Quick Maintenance, Small Overall, I had a good time living at Fountain Park. I found the staff to be helpful and receptive--maintenance was fast, and they addressed the issue. The location is a bit pricey--specifically because it is quite small. The 2 bd, 1bth can fit 2 people, but it does feel like a squeeze sometimes. I also had a bit of dry mouth--and I would constantly get mouth sores--just at Fountain Park. Whenever I slept somewhere else, the mouth sores went away. I cleaned and stuff, but the sores kept happening. However, the location of the complexes was really nice because it was walking distance to the hospital. I had most of my classes at the hospital, so I was able to walk to work often.

My garbage disposal wasn’t behaving properly & there was some leaking on the floor. A polite man came over & dealt with the problem while I had to go to work. He seems to have managed the situation well. Thanks!

Prompt and timely response I reached Fountain Park Apartment’s agent Sarah and she was very quick and prompt. She was very considerate and helped me to move in during my late arrival in Bloomington. The apartment is clean and spacious. The neighbourhood is quiet Nd accessible to bus stops and to shopping centers.

Professional, Helpful, and Efficient When the glass of the oven door in my apartment shattered on Monday evening, I submitted a maintenance request and the next morning, two very helpful maintenance people arrived and replaced the oven entirely. The workers were professional, helpful, and very efficient in their work, and were finished in less than an hour. The problem was completely resolved with no hassle on my part, and the new appliance works perfectly!

I’ve lived in a studio apartment at Fountain Park for 2 years during grad school. Maintenance is so incredible here. They’re fast at responding and always get the job done well. Management is also so friendly and flexible. Such a great location as well. I’d stay if I could but have to head out of Bloomington for residency. Will definitely miss my apartment :(

Great move in process! It’s such a cozy vibe so far. We love it here already. Everything was super easy and quick for the move in process and the leasing office was very helpful and sweet!!

I didn't mind the apartment I lived in but I am not a fan of Regency. They are very slow to respond, the front desk seldom answers the phone, and when you do get into contact with someone they are (very) rude and dismissive. I would recommend the owner of this apartment complex find a new property management company because I never want to deal with these people again.

Repairs are needed, maintenance is slow to respond. Pond is overgrown with weeds.

The greatest asset about this apartment complex is its location. Right off of highway 46, so close to SO many necessities (groceries, restaurants, entertainment) yet somehow far enough to not be bombarded by city noice. The community is nice and quiet with lots of dogs! I love this complex and would recommend it.
