I loved living here until new office staff took over it’s very unfortunate they friendly atmosphere is gone and the caring gone it’s just not the same maintenance is great and takes care of everything other than that it’s really taken a turn for worst

This is one of the nicest and peaceful places I’ve lived in. The apartments are updated and extremely spacious. I live on the top floor and my AC has been set at 76 and it stays cool even during the hottest part of the day which is a plus because I’m always hot. The office staff is super friendly and helpful and they care about the people who live here which is the biggest reason I moved here.

It's an average place. Okay for someone looking to just find a new place to rent but not much to do in regards to community events. Would love a dog park on site with like a splash pad.

The floor plan is badly designed as you are unable to open windows on the first floor as everyone walks past and can see right in. Due to the lack of security, its an unsafe environment, forcing me to move out. Noise levels between Floors are unlivable and acceptable.

I love this complex, it's not only family friendly but they go above and beyond to make sure any issues your having in the apartment is immediately fixed. I've been wanting to put in a survey for this after our month here. And don't forget about the office employees they took care of all the paperwork in just a couple days.

I am very impressed. I am 73 and it is very quiet here. I am next to the pool and enjoy watching the kids. Very clean and well maintained facility. Leasing office staff is Top Shelf all the way. Love it here.

Ive been a resident of this complex for almost two years now and I just re-signed my lease for another year. Im so happy I finally found an apartment complex that has a staff that genuinely care and make an effort to get to know their residents. I actually moved here in 2019 from the Marquis at Arrowhead (only 500 ft away) because they would constantly nickel and dime their residents. Fountain Palms doesnt do that. Liz and Hannah are great and as long as theyre at Fountain Palms, I will be too!

Fountain Palms is a clean and comfortable complex. It is located in a great area with easy access to the 101 Fwy and shopping. The administration and maintenance teams are very professional and pleasant to work with.

This is by far, the best apartment home I've ever had. My unit is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. It is quiet and the front office staff are the best in the world in my opinion. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in this area. You definitely will not be disappointed.

I've lived here for a little over 2 years with no issues. Recently had an issue with a maintenance request. The office staff does not return emails or calls or give any updates. waited over a week for a crucial appliance and had to call and show up to the office multiple times to get any information. I went as far as to email the property manager about the staff's rude restaurants and have not heard back from her either. I don't understand why the manager or anyone in the office can not return calls or emails.
Liz is rude and disrespectful. She only cares the money not the residents. Save your money and rent some where else.

The manger does not care about the residents. My mother and I looking forward till the day we can move and get away. The price is way to high for what you get. Things are always breaking and the grounds are not kept up. Residents are outside sweeping the grounds to make it safe for people to walk.

If you are considering this place, I would strongly recommend against it. The staff are extremely incompetent, when they are even available. Talking to someone in the office is sometimes a 20-30 minute wait. They think every renter is scum and treat them so. The water gets shut off regularly, they will throw fees on your account just in case it might be fitting (which mine was not), and they raise their prices incredible amounts each year. Just go somewhere else and get the same thing for cheaper and have a better experience.

made a repair request first month I lived here. Was never taken care of in my 13 month lease. Appliances do not work. Have to run clothes in the dryer 2 or 3 times. Terrible ant problem. Hidden fees on top of your "rent" cherry on top i am being charged close to two grand to move out on the date my lease ends because I didn't sign something two months ago saying I would leave the day that my lease ends.

I was skeptical about this place since the reviews have been so horrendous, but once I came in and actually got more accurate information (and saw for myself), I changed my mind and gave it a chance. I am so grateful I did, because this has been the most pleasant place to live. The office staff is truly amazing and helpful. They literally go above and beyond on every level. The maintenance staff is probably the best I've ever had in any complex I've lived in prior to this. The very few things I requested a work order for was fixed properly and promptly. You can't get better than that. But you will because the list goes on and on. It's quiet and peaceful, and everyone is considerate here. The apartments are spacious, clean, and the floor plans are really beautiful. The location is the absolute cherry on top, as you live by EVERY THING. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. Two of my co-workers also live here and love it too!

My family and I love our apartment! We moved here in January of this year and it is a refreshing upgrade from our last apartment complex. We live in the newly upgraded apartment with the hardwood floors, back appliances, and dry counter tops. Front staff has always been pleasant and willing to help us with anything we may need. We did have. Light ant problem when summer hit but they have pest control spray the apartments on Tuesdays which is nice. Overall great area, quiet neighbors, large apartments, we love it!

I first searched all the apartments in the area and visited each. This complex wasn't the most flashy, but it offered the most square footage so I checked it out. Lo and behold, I loved the tour. The apartments are open (not all walls) and the wood floors are beautiful. There are double doors going to the bedroom and a large closet. The facility offers a nice gym and large pool as well as a sense of community. Very satisfied.

The new remodeled interiors are great but the landscaping and exterior is seriously lacking. The outside definitely NEEDS a little TLC.
