If you’re Interested in becoming a tenant staff is quick to respond very helpful and overall friendly. After becoming a tenant attempting to contact the office I met with slow responses if they respond at all. Amenities include Dryers pretending to work Washers frequently out of service A new pool closed more frequently than open Unique slanted hallway design Indoor mailboxes with free package disappearance services Pluming with clogging issues Winter activities include shows like neighbors on ice because salting the roads and parking lots would be too kind

The property manager refuses to handle loud music complaints and is disrespectful to the Tenants. Not worth the money.

We moved 2 months ago and so far everything is great! The whole staff is very welcoming and Abby was a great help of getting us moved in. So far no issues.

The people who work at fountain like are very friendly and helpful with any situation that comes to their attention. They will go above and beyond for there renters. Abby was especially kind and helpful over the phone and in person.

The staff are very friendly and the place looks great. It is very close to certian areas which are fantastic for kids. Would recommend

Fountain Lake is a great place to live they always are there to fix anything that is broken, Clayton & Jeff are always great at working fast and efficiently. Jessica has really made this place shine time and time again. They are quick to respond with emails and calls. I would recommend anyone to live here.

This complex is pretty amazing! The apartments are great. They layouts are nice. The area is really nice. The best part about Fountain Lake is the staff! They really make you feel like you are at home! Would really recommend you consider living here!

Great safe and quiet place to live and the property manager is on top of things unlike other places that you have chase people around and the neighbors are nice too

I was in the area and the curb appeal was beautiful. I went in to just see what they had available and all of the staff was so welcoming! I definitely recommend Fountain Lake to anybody looking for an apartment

I love living at Fountain Lake, the apartments are nice, mine had fresh paint and new carpet. Property management as well as maintenance are always kind and attentive. Highly recommend checking it out!

Located in a perfect spot, right next to krogers, and pierres, there is plenty of activities nearby to keep busy, beautiful interior, and nice neighbors - Dalton Elsea, current resident

I lived at Fountain Lake Apartment Homes for 3 years and overall, I had a great experience. The apartment was beautiful with new carpet and paint when I arrived and every maintenance ticket that I have put in has been answered within the day and being taken care of pretty quickly! They also were great at accommodating my dog which is super important to me. Grounds have been kept clean and overall, I felt safe living there.

I have lived here for 7 years and this office staff is great, love stopping to see Jessica and Kellie! They always give my dogs treats. Location is perfect and I love the pond view. I get to wake up and drink my coffee with the ducks!

I’m honestly really disappointed. I thought this would be great but it’s just gone downhill. The elevator has been down since July and I sent 2 emails asking for an update with no response. The last update we received was in August via text. Im already looking at new places for when my lease is up in June. I really don’t like the lack of communication and I wouldn’t recommend just based on that alone.

Terrible management. Contacted numerous times and have had an ongoing leak in my 2nd bedroom making me not allowed to use that bedroom. Still working on getting fixed, has been around 6 months! Still paying full price no discount or anything! Stay clear of this place

Location is nice. Price is way too high for the type of service and living situation they provide you. AC in my apartment has been broke for over a week and tried to call them multiple times only to never answer and never follow up from my voicemails. Finally went down to the leasing office and their response was "we have other projects we are working on, just open a window". Horrible customer service to their residents. I will definitely be breaking my lease as soon as I can and I highly recommend you find somewhere to live if possible.

The staff is very responsive and very kind, and eager to solve your issues. I have signed my second year lease and I have no plans on leaving. Thank you again Fountain Lakes !!!!??

There have been major staffing changes recently, and the new office staff is wonderful and provides excellent customer service. They are very friendly and eager to offer assistance and answer questions. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and professional and provide service in a timely manner. There’s also a housekeeper on staff who’s super friendly and always says hi or waves at everyone she passes in the hallways. The grounds are very pretty and serene and there’s a huge pond with 2 fountains. The location is fantastic being very close to schools, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

I thought this was going to be a great place to stay while my husband and I looked for a house. We moved from out of state and admittedly didn't know the area well at all. I loved the size apartment for the price. Within months of moving in, every time it rained, it would leak by the doorwall. As the months went on and we had more rain, it got worse. It all started in February, nothing was done until I started getting forceful with the property managment and finally corporate. In the meantime, we had 3 other leaks in the apartment in 2 weeks....one was just left open to the boards until we finally got another apartment....we slept in our living room for 2 weeks at least. The new apartment smells like sewage in the closet and sometimes the whole apartment....glad I am moving to a house in a few weeks. The only thing I will miss is my neighbors and the pool.

I just renewed my lease for another year at Fountain Lake! I looked at other places, but it is hard to find any apartment comparable to the amount of space you get for the price. Also, anytime the staff sees me at the community, they know me by name and always ask if there is anything they can do for me. This really is home.

I have been at this apartment complex since September 1992 and I am now in my second apartment after living in my former apartment for 18 years. The unit is two bedroom with one bath, a walk-in closet and a comfortable living room and dining room. The complex was built in the 1960's and has been generally well maintained and updated. Unlike some, I have enjoyed the turnover in neighbors over the years, and now as a retiree I look forward to spending as much of the remainder of my life as health permits right here. My only real complaint is that sometimes neighbors in the apartment above mine make excessive noise and management has not been very successful in getting them to keep the noise down, but I have found that neighbors move eventually so perhaps if I just wait a little longer. In any case, life for my mate and I has been quite enjoyable and at a fair price to boot.
