Property Ratings at Fountain Grove
Very poor living conditions been here for 5 years have complained about cockroaches and black mold since i started living here and they have not fixed the issue. They also have roaches in their laundry room and gym!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE !!!
They have roaches !!!!!!! Don't live here don't move here unless you want to loss all your stuff and management is horrible and maintenance is no better they will come in and fix nothing I'm trying to move out don't not come here
Have lived here for almost a year. It's pretty quiet around. Sometimes people play loud music but not really bothersome. The maintenance guys are quick, when you call in a problem they respond quickly. The office girls are nice. One issue it's that the lawn care is on Tuesdays and they start at like 8am. So if you work nights, it can disturb your sleep.
