This place is great! High ceilings! A great feature for me because I am 6’5. The lightings are amazing. Beautiful fireplace. Updated kitchen appliances. They put brand new flooring in before I moved, a fresh coat of paint. The guest rooms are a great size for my son and when my mother comes to visit. It’s a very quiet area! Gated, with police on site. I feel that my son and I are safe, secure and protected. If you’re wondering if you should move here then go ahead and give them a call!

My husband and i moved here in March and we love it. There's been some challenges but everytime we have an issue they take care of it. Our lease is not up until August 2023 since we did an 18 month lease. We've already signed to be here through 2024 as a result of their customer service and great retention plans.

Darla worked to get us the type of apartment we needed along with the desired floor level within the time we were looking to move. The people that live here are great. The employees there are like one big family with each other. It’s always clean in any building you go into. Also the theatre and pool rooms are my favorite spots. Still undefeated in pool there !

The staff is so nice and friendly. The gym is clean. I love the events that they have. I love my large 3 bedroom apt is so roomy and cozy. I feel so safe living in Fountaine Bleau Maumelle. I love the fact it’s a gas station and a Walmart and McDonald’s not far.

I’ve been living in Fountaine Bleau for 8 months now and I love it! I have a 3rd floor apartment with a vaulted living room ceiling! The office staff is always friendly. I haven’t had ANY issues to date that wasn’t taken care of. Great place to stay, check them out. Super close to gas stations and Walmart!I recommend this place!

I am a current resident of fountaine bleau Maumelle! I absolutely love it here… Office staff is wonderful, maintenance is always prompt and on time! There’s someone cleaning up the outside of our apartments daily… It’s a great place for children, it’s also close to schools in Walmart!

I’ve lived at Fountaine Bleau for the past year and a half and I’m signing another year lease. I can say that my experience has been nothing but stellar. From the grounds to the office staff, the management to Maintence. All have been a pleasure to work with. The grounds are clean. The property is quiet. The management does all they can to make your apartment your home. I highly recommend!

I have been living in the apartments for the last several years. The entire staff are very professional, hardworking, and tentative to all residents needs. The atmosphere is very quiet and safe. The amenities stay clean and property stay presentable and clean. It’s always a helping hand at anytime of day and night. I could have not thought of a better place to live.

My wife and I are relocating to Central Arkansas, and looked at literally every apartment complex we could find. My wife is disabled and walks with a cane, so having access to facilities and a ground floor unit was important to us. Two of the other complexes told us they had those units, and we paid application fees, but they did not actually have the units available. A couple of places advertised 'granite countertops' that were really strips along the top and formica tops. What I'm saying is, Darla and the Fountaine Bleau was not only the singular complex that had and did everything they said they would, but Darla and team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I'm telling you - if you're looking for the best and won't settle for less, this is absolutely your place!
