It's good could be better. The staff is really helpful which I appreciate! The amenities are nice as well just I wish there were wipes available to clean them especially those in the yoga room.

My experience at Foundry Commons was great. The community is clean and the people are friendly. My biggest concern was being so close to the freeway that there would be a noise problem, but during my whole stay the only noise would come from a couple pool parties. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay close to downtown San Jose.

Nice facilities, okay neighborhood. Responsive maintenance team and relatively quiet. Sometimes there are issues with deliveries not making it into the package lockers but that’s a delivery problem not the apt.

Foundry Commons is a clean and centrally located apartment complex in San Jose. It is conveniently located near the freeway without the noise. There are plenty of parking in the building and the surrounding area is safe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have only been at Foundry Commons for a few months, but we have been absolutely loving being a part of the community here. This is our first "grown-up" apartment, and we appreciate all the amenities offered, how well-kept the complex is, and how it is such a calming atmosphere. We're actually excited to have friends and family over at our apartment and make use of the social gathering areas! We appreciate how quiet it is and how residents are respectful of each other, as well as the extra sound proofing in the apartments. We hope to call Foundry Commons home for a long time!

Me and my roommates were looking for an apartment near sjsu, we toured lots of places, but we all really liked the foundry commons. It’s definitely a huge step up from student housing at sjsu.

Beautiful apartments, premises are well kept & clean, residents as well as staff are so friendly, complex is safe, private & gated.
Foundry Commons is a very nice place to stay in the San Jose area. It's clean, comfortable, and convenient.
Wonderful gated community, a hop skip and jump away from pretty much anything you might need.

Clean and quiet area despite the fact of being located right next to freeway. Friendly staff. Everything is well maintained and organized.
Foundry Commons is a great all around value. Management has always handled things well and maintenance keeps on top of things. There are some homeless issues in this part of San Jose so the complexs security is greatly appreciated. One warning is that they are very strict about the parking garage, not sure if this comes from the office or the nightly security company but be sure to clarify the rules.
I have lived at Foundry Commons for a little over 2 years now and truly enjoy it. I moved here from Chicago, Illinois for a new job and have felt welcomed ever since. The staff are hospitable and helpful and the maintenance staff are great! Its a good location and a nicely designed building.
Foundry Commons is a centrally-located and fantastic place to live in the downtown San Jose area. Excellent amenities, responsive staff, and nice residents. What more could you want?
