The management here are kind and responsive. My move in was overall smooth. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of loud music from upstairs one night. I’m giving 4 stars because of the amount of insects I have seen in the unit since being here 1 week. When pest control sprayed for insects it helped for 2 days, now I see them daily again. Hopefully, with pest control coming once a week daily I will see improvement.

I love how spacious my unit is. I’m able to have plenty of space with my all my big furniture. The apartment complex is right in the center of everything in the community. Near the subway station, bus stops, retail stores, and a variety of supermarkets.

It's a very neat and quiet environment. I like the fact that the air is not polluted. It is clean and pure. The neighbors are friendly. The parking space is wide enough that whatever time you arrive, you can still get a spot to park. I feel at peace in this neighborhood.

I have a spacious 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath that I was able to fit all my big furniture in comfortably. I love the fact that my apartment is walking distance to my place of work. Very quiet community and is directly across the street from Foundry Row shopping center. There is a market and other retail stores for my convenience.

So far the neighborhood is amazing. The only concerns are the trash areas. Also, during the most recent snow storm, the parking lots were not cleared as best as they could have been.

Friendly staff and quick maintenance service. I live on the second floor and the upstairs neighbors are very loud - I understand and have expected some noise but it’s excessive almost daily.

Communication with the leasing office is less then desirable. Ofent times I get different answers to the same question from different staff or it's nearly impossible to get into contact with the office without physicaly walking in.

It's been great so far. It's been a while since I've rented. Everything fits my needs. The staff is great and very responsive! The value is here based on amenities, space in units and location.

overall i like living here. i only have a problem with the the responsiveness from the office. For the last two - three years i have never had a call returned unless it was after hours emergency. i would have to go the the office and to get a question/concern addressed.

There has been ALOT of things we've found wrong since we moved in but maintenance has been very fast and helpful! I would recommend this complex if this is not your first time moving. This was my first time and the leasing staff wasn't very pleasant, they can be rude and just try to get you out the way I did not like that.

I have had the same issue since I’ve arrived here with washing/dryer in my unit and outside of my unit. This property has been no help. I chose a place that has in unit washer and dryer that has been inadequate from the start it’s now taking over 1.5 week for a new appliance and the ones in the building haven’t worked since July 2024 called the property they closed the tickets with out coming and nothing . This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. I am ready to go to court about this as corporate was supposed to be calling me in September.

The community is quiet, I don’t have any issues living here besides wishing they would update the gym equipment. We have two amenities the pool and the gym and we pay for amenities. The pool opens for 3 months then closes the gym is the only all year around amenity and should be upgraded.

So far it has been an amazing experience. I always pass this apartment complex and it looked really nice on the outside, plus it is right across from the shopping center which has food markets and my favorite places to eat at and when I did the tour, it was very clean and everybody was very professional and thats what I have been looking for.

Tameka is amazing. She is professional and a pleasure to deal with. Tameka and her team are amazing, kind, and reliable. I had been searching for apartments for weeks, and one experience with Tameka and her tour of the apartment complex solidified that Renew Foundry was where I wanted to be. So far, I haven’t experienced any negative issues. It is quiet, peaceful, and the apartment is nice, with updated appliances, countertops and in-unit washer and dryer ( a must for me).

Friendly staff and quick maintenance service. Vent is very loud from 7pm through 6am. I live on the second floor and the upstairs neighbors are very loud. I understand some noise but they’ve been loud since my move.

The positives: the apartment is nice on the inside and the grounds are well maintained. Other residents are respectful and mostly quiet. No rodents in my apartment. The so-sos: the smell of weed is frequently in the parking lot (which may be the new normal everywhere). The leasing staff turns over frequently, making it challenging to address leasing tasks. Overall, I have been satisfied.

For the price of these apartments you can find better. The apartments look nice but all have underlying issues, walls are paper thin. theres a big issue with car break ins and theft oh and not to mention the homeless people who eat sleep and smoke in the buildings, All issues the leasing office does not address I also will not be renewing my lease

This place sucks. You can’t walk around in your own home because the floors are so light that the people downstairs will bang on your floor for just moving around. Not to mention you’re paying $200 for utilities that they never tell you about. So whatever rent they lure you in with, add $200-$300 to it.

Front office workers never ever answer the phone, no one ever does maintenance in the gym where at least two machines don’t work and the temperature isn’t regulated, the rental company sends multiple passive aggressive messages as soon as it’s the first of the month (despite the fact that my lease literally states that I have until the fifth of every month to pay without penalties), maintenance used to be pretty effective but now they’re incredibly slow. When crime happens in the neighborhood the company does not want to get involved which like okay but y’all can’t even send out a notification that a carjacking has occurred and to be vigilant? They won’t even put up cameras on the outside of our buildings. A homeless man breaks into the laundry room in the basement of my building whenever he wants and they won’t do anything about it! But at the end of the day, it’s not enough trouble to break my lease, hopefully things just get addressed.

Amazing staff! Quick and effective maintenance requests. The only problem and issue I have is how noisy the apartment is. At 7pm the furnace starts and doesn’t stop until 6am- it is very loud. Upstairs is also very loud and you can hear every footstep and even their tv… it doesn’t help that they’re running around all the time.

I'm satisfied with the apartment (the cabinets and appliances are fairly new). Rental management staff are helpful and friendly. The community is reasonably quiet.

I’ve only lived here for a few months however, I can confidently state that I would NOT renew my lease or recommend that others try this community! At first, when you are a potential tenant you will be treated well, once you actually live here you’ll see the truth. My apartment was given to me dirty and with flooring issues and paint problems in various rooms of the unit, the shower rod was even rusted. I placed several maintenance requests yet when they came the maintenance staff left my apartment disheveled, dirty and the door unlocked and open. I made a complaint and absolutely no one contacted me for weeks! The only time you can get in contact with the leasing office staff is if you physically go to the office, they will not check the app messages or contact you after a complaint. The walls are paper thin and the police are regularly called out to the complex.
