I'll be moving ASAP.

Pros: 1) Cheap 2) Old and Cute 3) Friendly BUT Incompetent Management Cons: 1) Friendly BUT Incompetent Management - Overcharging for rent, losing renewal lease and forcibly charging for expensive month-to-month payments, never doing anything about destructive, violent, loud neighbors that have been arrested multiple times on the premises for drugs. 2) Crappy Neighbors - Cheap housing equates to cheap people, unfortunately... 3) Cold - No insulation for heating up apartments in the winter; baseboard heaters barely work or don't actually work at all. 4) Hot - No central air paired with the lack of insulation equates to excruciating heat in the summer. 5) Hear Everything - Because they did the minimum to make this place livable for multiple people, there's no insulation anywhere, so you can hear EVERYTHING from the people around you. 6) Ignorant Maintenance - Left a front door busted and unable to lock for months after an attempted break in. Left a sink to flood with sewage water repeatedly despite multiple calls. ONLY FIXED THEM after saying "I feel worried for my safety". 7) Roaches 8) Holes in Walls Everywhere 9) Bad Appliances Do yourself a favor. If you have the extra 100 or so, go elsewhere, cuz this ain't it.

Run as far as you can!

Where do I begin? The apartment itself is terrible. All of the paint is either peeling off or cracking on the walls. The radiators don't work half the time and the hot water just shuts off randomly. Half the blinds in the apartment don't work and the appliances look like they were pulled out of a dumpster. The tiles of my shower just fell off one day and when I looked inside the hole I noticed that the wall behind it had disintegrated. Outside the apartment is just as bad. There are giant potholes in the parking lots and people dump their trash on the ground next to the empty dumpster. Some days I can't tell if there are more rats or stray cats in the neighborhood. Don't even get me started on how bad the people are here. And last but not least the management. I have never seen more incompetence in all of my life than with the management of this apartment complex. I've called maintenance many times since September to get things fixed in the apartment and they keep just telling me "yeah we're gonna send somebody". Not to mention they just shut off the water randomly due to "emergency maintenance issues". My lease can't end soon enough. If you're thinking about moving here you'd be better off sleeping in a cardboard Box on the street.

the apartment was trash MOLD IN APARTMENT it was all types of rodents leasing office was literally trash or NO HELP nothing will get fixed on time the place is so nasty i lived here for a year and wanted to break my lease after a couple months do not move here you will be disappointed please do not reply to me thanks (foundry management)

Old old Dundalk

I will be fair, we are in historical Dundalk. Security is reassuring. My bf's car was side swiped twice. Mice are a problem, leaks are a problem. My daughter cant take a bath.The landscaping is nice. My carpet is horrible theres a 300$ moving fee to upgrade my unit. There has to be mold from no vents. I do worry about the lead paint because of old pealing paint. I ask myself is this place even up to code?(Before i moved here a few yrs ago i didnt have allergies i itch all the time & sneeze it could be just me) Also its not fair they cut my dish and through it out and left my neighbors dish up because of appearance. I had to pay dish 400$ & this was during Covid. My daughter had online class. And all of our screen doors were taken from us & nvr put back so lots of flys in the summer. And wish the laundry mat was closer my sister lived here when she was younger the washer used to be in each court. It sucks if u have to walk. Its noones fault its just an old area.

RATS EVERYWHERE

I’ve been living here with my gf and kids for years, horrible maintenance, racist security, mold everywhere due to no vents. Rats literally infesting 500+ units! Every week someone Is moving out & they offer everyone $1,000 to move without suing them!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

PLEASE READ!

If you absolutely need a place to live I understand but please be aware of what your going into. The plumbing is terrible, the bathtub and sink clogs monthly. The heat is controlled in the unit, it’s extremely unbearable I used several towels to try and block the heat. The windows leak during times of heavy rain, I’ve notified rippling in the wall lately so I’m guessing the roof is leaking. Maintenance needed access to my unit to fix a leak in the unit below and never repaired the hole under my kitchen sink. Parking is terrible, Dunmanway units have no street parking we're expected to share street parking and 1 parking lot with the entire property. They put 2 blacktop parking parks which added about 5 spots. The security guards are the worse, if you wanna be treated like a criminal just going to and from your car come here. They walk around with bulletproof vest and body cams like their securing a jail and everyone are suspects. The pick and choose who the harass on the property in regards to enforcing parking. The employees at the leasing office on the property are the laziest people every, they can get people in but as far as helping your residents...NO. You call them for anything all you get is attitude if you get them on the phone at all, if you really need them and go to the office everyone’s on the cell phones. This place only wants your money and could care less about your needs and requests. Just an overall place to live where you pay your hard earned money.

I also had a problem with mice! And managementI

I had to be careful getting out of my car the entire time living there, its like rat Pelouze. Also the neighbors smoke cigarettes on almost every porch.where people first walk in, when I sent a email corporate regarding the rats ?? outside, it took them several weeks to contact me back, they just told me they know and there everywhere. To worry if they were to entire my home, in witch i replied i had mice! 4 times it took them almost a week to get a exterminator to my home, because it seems like they don’t want to answer my calls or emails? Then they want to get sarcastic when I tell them I’ve tried to contact them multiple times. She tells me after all the emails, if i have any other questions please feel free to contact them back. The AC units they use are extremely old and I stated to them that when I first moved in the AC filter was extremely dirty and behind the heaters there was cakes of dirt dust and mold, they said that there was no way for them to clean it that I could is if someone else is dirt is my problem! They put a new showerhead in the water still comes out 100% cold, it took me 30 minutes to get a nice hot water and even then it was still shifting in between hot and cold. This place isn’t worth it!

Thank you for the review and feedback. As new owners (just 6 months) we took on a property that has been neglected for years and years. Over the last 6 months we have already made great changes to the property. Residents have the ability to transfer to newly renovated and upgraded apartments, new bathroom toilets', paint and much, much more. Not too mention we are now open on Sundays. Changes take time and we are very pleased with what the local management team has been doing and will continue to do.

What??? Luxury??? more like living in a shack!

Lets start with the poor professionalism, cheaply made appliances in the apartment, extremely small bathroom you can barely walk into without hitting your foot against the wall, poorly painted bathroom walls they have peeled all of its paint from the above ceiling. double painted roughly made doors that look like they’ve been there for at least 50 Years. If you don’t mind junkies being in the bathroom doing drugs . Or walking three blocks down to park your car because they have no parking onsite, dirty laundry room they never open the door on time and if you don’t mind waiting outside the door for maintenance to unlock it, By means enjoy. Or cops standing in front of the apartment complex in the gym eating and watching you work out! The property manager stated : to use the gym and use a screwdriver or a stick or any type of card to open the door because the gym door is broken and still is as of today.I have watch people get arrested in tased over 10 times in one year right in front of my door. BEWARE of Nightmare, Foundry By The Park. After A year I’m over it! I’ve watched people get arrested and tased, and I’m over the drama. I need somewhere with a REAL luxury by that I mean Fair- living, not somewhere where I’m living scared and at the edge of my seat. With poor service and poor quality. The property manager is a complete racist she has said things in the past that has came of racist.

Luxury living? what a laugh

New management here does not care about the tenants that were already here. The maintenance staff is a joke. Rats everywhere, water bugs everywhere. Trash everywhere. People smoking weed and doing drugs right outside in the open. Intrusive security cops. should i go on? I currently live here for now. They renewed my lease, and then took it back and gave me no reason for it. This is how they treat you.

Don’t move here !

Can someone please tell me what these are between these & mice I can't seem to keep them out even though it doesn't help that my carpet isn't properly done, doors aren't either. My tub also never works it's a swimming pool most of the time, The maintenance guy come to bring me a new refrigerator because all my food went bad within the first month of me being here but while in the process of doing that they damage paint that never got fixed no matter how many people I speak to I have video's & pictures of all of this but can someone please lmk what these are I don't like bugs at all but I just don't want it to be harmful to me or anyone in the home, I don’t care how many times someone else buy’s this complex it’s build on BAD LAND! Everything about this place is alway falling apart, still the new owners haven’t done anything but fix up apartment for people to move in what about the people already here with problems
