Property Ratings at Fort Lane
I love how quiet it is. The people here care about the property and where they live. Chantyl and Dan work their buts off for us. I'm very blessed to have them.
The apartments are old the walls are thin, the plug an switch are unstable. The walls need to be redone and the washer unit in the apartment is only 110volts. They need to remodel these apartments. Managment is bad and maintenance is lazy and the property always has trash, cigarettes and dog poop all around it. Unhealthy environment.
We live upstairs with two bedrooms and one bath, full kitchen, living room. Cozy, also a washing machine and dryer area. Garages could be used with a fee. Paved parking areas are for anyone. Trees surround the whole complex and are within our campus, as well as garden areas. One and two bedrooms are here. And are complex is close to schools. And the civil areas of our City. A really great location.
