I have just relocated to Colorado Springs, CO a couple weeks ago and moved into my apartment. The leasing agents Alex and Natasha were very good in answering my questions before I relocated about the apartment. This was very important to me because I was unable to come for an in person tour. When I arrived and saw my apartment it was everything I wanted. Natasha, is very friendly, helpful in answering my questions. The lease process was easy. I love everything about my apartment and the community. I really enjoyed the Thanksgiving community gathering at the apartment complex. I think it was nice to be able to meet and socialize with other residents. There is a sense of community.

Outlook Briargate caught my eye from the first tour I took. Our unit is very nice and comfortable. The office staff are very nice and on top of everything. The amenities are outstanding and were definitely a selling point of the complex.

Amazing staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They made everything super easy for me. I've never had staff at an apartment complex be so kind and helpful. I have to say that they don't mind my kids going in the office 2-3 a week asking questions about the pool or workout room. I give them a 20-20!!!!!

Horrible

I was very excited to move here but it has been an actual nightmare. I moved here because it is advertised as a gated complex, however the gates have been broken for over 2 months and they will not fix them. I can not park in the parking lot even though I pay monthly for parking, because there are too many cars. I have had so many issues with my mail, and my packages being stolen from the mail room that we are required to pay for. I have only lived here for 6 months, and the complex has told us 7 times that they will be doing inspections and have to have our pet removed from the apartment, but refuse to give you any kind of time frame, and tell you they will be there at any time during the day, two days in a row. The lawns are covered in dog poop and the complex does not do anything about this. This apartment complex charges WAY too much for the amount of issues they have and lack of communication. My apartment smells of propane and after submitting multiple requests for someone to come take a look, nothing has been done. I am extremely disappointed in this complex and would not suggest living here. There are also about $100 of “hidden fees” that they do not tell you about when you sign your lease.

Loving Life at Outlook Briargate! I recently moved into Outlook Briargate, and I'm absolutely thrilled! It's a brand new community, so everything feels fresh and modern. My apartment has gorgeous finishes - gray quartz countertops, sleek white cabinets, and spacious walk-in closets. Plus, having a washer and dryer in the unit is a game-changer! The neighborhood itself is fantastic. Briargate is a wonderful area, and Outlook Briargate feels perfectly situated. It's close to everything I need, but still offers a peaceful environment. The amenities are another major perk. The sparkling pool is perfect for hot summer days, and the fitness center is well-equipped for a great workout. There's even a dog grooming area! The management team here is also top-notch. They've been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the move-in process and continue to be so. They really seem to care about creating a positive living experience for residents. Overall, I can't recommend Outlook Briargate enough. If you're searching for a brand new, stylish apartment in a great location with fantastic amenities and a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to be!

It is definitely like another world inside the complex. The pool area is like being in a vacation villa. It is my hope that the resident that arrive here continue to be ones that care about their home and its surroundings. So far everybody here has been friendly and and we absolutely love it. I never seen a community like this in Colorado Springs and I have lived here since 1996.
