Loved the community and peaceful environment. I had a truly wonderful experience working with Audrey Alatas throughout the entire leasing process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Audrey took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. Her responsiveness and genuine care made a big difference. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt supported at every step. Thanks to Audrey, I’m confident I made the right decision—and I’m happy to call Forest Ridge my new home!

having had such terrible experiences in the past with other complexes. moving to forest ridge in 2024 was the best decision. Audrey and the maintenance team is hands down the best. From the day we have moved in to now signing year 2 on our lease. she does it best. Very professional and considerate! Her and the maintenance team always take time out of their day to wave in the passings, and are very involved with the community!!! 100/10

I have lived at Forest Ridge for almost three years now. I’m so incredibly thankful for the experience I’ve had and hope to continue to have. Audrey is the most amazing manager to work with and the community wouldn’t be the same without her.

Highly recommend Forest Ridge to anyone looking for a nice apartment community. Maintenance staff is spot on and quick to resolve any issues. Audrey the manager goes above and beyond for her residents and is always friendly and helpful. Best place to live in The Falls.

Unfortunately , because of personal reasons I had to search for a new place to stay. However, I can't speak more highly of Ms. Audrey and her community. She's been incredibly accommodating throughout my time there, I've never had any concerns for mine or my dog's safety, the apartments are reasonably priced, and the complex was well kept.

I’ve lived in the Forest Ridge Luxury apartments for several years now. The property staff are simply amazing. Always prompt with any questions or concerns. The property is clean and very well maintained not to mention beautiful and quiet! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. The neighbors are so welcoming as well. I feel safe and really enjoy my stay here. If I could give the ten stars I would. I’d recommend this for anyone whether it be by yourself or with a small family it fits everyone’s needs.

My adult son & moved here last May and I am happy to be here. The units are nice & quiet, only muffled footsteps from above and the neighbors are nice. Audrey was & is very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond when needed.

My one year Forest Ridge anniversary is May 6th and I'm so glad I live here. I sold my house in Stow after 30 years in 2022 and held out for an apartment at Forest Ridge. I have never lived in an apartment and didn't know what to expect. Property Manager, Audrey made this transition so easy, understood my hesitations and my neighbors are very nice. I wasn't looking for a huge complex, more of a neighborhood feeling. If you are looking to live in Cuyahoga Falls, don't look any further!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been a great place to live. I moved here from Columbus and did not know the area well but the location is amazing and I have had no issues. I always feel safe. Maintenance is always quick to respond to my requests. Neighbors are friendly. The property manager, Audrey, is kind.

The staff is amazing, Audrey is amazing, she is so helpful and kind. My girlfriend and I are going on three years and see no reason to leave. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you forest Ridge apartment complex for all that you do.

Great location and prompt, excellent service! Perfectly located for commuting to Univ. of Akron or Kent State (sub. 20min by car.) Quick 5-10min walk to downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Easily the best of the very few apartments in the area where it's possible to walk to any of the following in 15min or less: grocery store, gym, church, school, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, shopping etc. Apartments are well maintained with nice appliances, very spacious, and units with north/west facing windows get amazing sunlight.

We decided to transfer to an upper floor unit within this community after residing for a few months in a lower floor unit. At first I was hesitant because I was afraid it would cause a lot of paperwork, payments and time. Amazingly it was made very simple! The process was quick and management was very considerate of our wishes. Sending a big thank you to Audrey who has given us her time and assistance during this transition.

We are moving to this property soon and have had the easiest time with securing our unit. All of our questions were answered promptly and response time was very short. Audrey has been amazing with helping us get ready for our move. We can’t wait to get moved in!

I lived at Forest Ridge for almost 7 years for a reason. Vallie and staff were friendly, prompt, and accommodating. The property was beautiful and well-cared for. I always felt safe. The apartment is spacious and I loved my walk-in closet. The master bedroom was huge, which I loved. I would definitely recommend Forest Ridge to anyone!

I lived at Forest Ridge Apartments for 14 years and loved it!! I had a 2 bedroom/2 full baths. It was spacious with a well laid out floor plan. The property is well maintained as well. In 14 years I only needed minor maintenance a couple of times and they came and fixed it right away. Vallie and Diane in the management office were always so helpful and friendly!! I really appreciated their hard work and attention to detail! I definitely recommend Forest Ridge Apartments!

I lived here for the past year and a half and really enjoyed my time at Forest Ridge. The office staff (Vallie and Diana) were always very helpful and quick to respond. The maintenance man/groundskeeper was also very professional, polite, and clean! I only had to submit a few work orders (clogged drain, and that sort of thing) but every time that I did, Vallie or Diana would almost immediately respond and have maintenance there to fix the problem. I also want to point out that the neighborhood and other tenants were very safe. I never felt scared or nervous, and I never had to worry about anyone stealing my stuff while moving in/out with the door open. Overall, I really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend Forest Ridge!

Forest Ridge is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for 3 months and have no complaints. My apartment is very spacious, and I barely hear any noise from my neighbors. The nearby train is noisy at times, but I am used to it at this point. The buildings at the back of the complex don't hear the train as much. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I am lucky to have found a nice place that will accept my 50 pound dog for a very small fee every month.
