Forest Ridge has been good so far, we have enjoyed the quiet area and the office staff are great. We love being able to have everything so close to us as well. The mail, pools, trash, dog park, play ground. The list goes on… :)
Still several issues with the dumpster as well as the landscaping. Seems that several areas were still skipped over and have not seen them back. The bushes are very over grown in the area and is causing a bug problem

Love the size of the apartments, the location and pools. Office staff is friendly, other than the community director. She is very rude and strict and not personable. The biggest issue we have had here are the residents. Lots of fights and drama.

Trash dump is always broken, I haven't been able to dispose of my trash in a month and still get charged for it over grown landscaping that attracts pests. Incompetent maintenance. I thought two stars were generous.

A very clean and quiet place to live. Amenities are kept up with. Effort to bring in food trucks as much as possible has been a very nice change of pace as well as the effort to do more community involved activities with the residents.

I like the apartment (after we had to change our unit on move in day because the first one was nothing like we were told, but they were quick to fix!) The neighborhood is quiet, everyone is friendly !! but everything else is not up to par. Trash is always full, sometimes have to bring to different locations. Made a maintenance request and i got an email and said it was completed, no one showed up. The yard doesn’t gets mowed often enough and when they do, they dont blow or weedeat, with a dog it is frustrating.

Managers and office staff are always responsive and helpful. My townhome has great insulation and a never hear my neighbors through the walls, and with an infant that is extra important! Even with her crying my neighbors say they don't hear a thing. It gives me peace of mind to be comfortable in my home and not have to walk on eggshells. I love the community here and feel safe.

Clean and quiet. Maintenance is prompt and quick when they come. Garbage gets out of hand occasionally due to residents, but it is never too long before it is cleaned up.

I’m happy with the community that Forest ridge is cultivating for their residents. I’ve noticed blackberry bushes around the property which my son loves to pick! The food trucks are an excellent touch and I’m hoping that the volleyball court will be re-sanded so we can enjoy that as well this summer. Again- the only thing is the dumpster situation. It’s overflowing and smells bad often-however- as far as I’m aware, the office is working hard to secure a reliable schedule for trash pickup. Great place to live!!

A lot of issues with my unit upon move in. Took me weeks to find all of them and some of them I didn’t bother having fixed because maintenance is a struggle with some things. The trash and the potholes are also a bit irritating. However the front patio with the brick wall is amazing and makes up for a lot of the issues I have.

So far we have had a very good experiance. everyone is very quite. We have any issues with the apartment, maintance comes quick and gets it done then and there. We are giving 4 stars becuse the trash area is a little out of control. We do have raccoons that come and throw everything everywhere and i just think our dumpster is not big enough for the number of people that are in our building. Maybe consider a bigger dumpster so the nice young man doesnt have to come a clean up everyones trash.

Nice spacious townhouses! Maintenance responds quickly. The pools and gym are great. The new cyber Cafe is also a nice addition in the club house!

Could be better. We pay for amenities and yet we have less and less. The car wash station was removed, then the tennis court, and the basketball court and we’re still paying the same if not more. Nothing gets upgraded.

Pretty good overall. I will say I wish I could use the indoor basketball court but everytime I go to try it won’t let me in. I also wish they wouldn’t have tore down the tennis court.

Landscaping company isn’t as good but we’ve already been informed they’re looking for someone else. Street lights are still out and have been for a long time.

I have really enjoyed living here so far! Some of the neighbors get loud at night, but overall it’s a nice place to live. I do wish the flooring was a little better - it’s very cheap.

I am aware you are trying to make this community better. I love the fact that the food trucks have increased, and I see the workers picking up trash more and there is a lot of communication from the office on improvements. This alone is a drastic improvement from the previous ownership.

I’ve lived here almost two years and the first year was hard to communicate with the office or get ahold of anyone at all. This year it’s like a 180 has been done. ALL of the people in the office have been extremely kind and helpful with any needs or questions I may have. Especially Hope. The property is always kept in pristine condition and feels safe and quiet most of the time. The only thing I will say is that the trash dumpster is closed quite often from it being overfilled- at least a couple times a month- but they usually have it back up and running in a couple days. The other thing is I have pretty noisy neighbors (parties every weekend) and it seems like they can’t do much about it. I was told to call non emergency but I don’t like to bring the law into things that could be fixed with an email or phone call from the office. Otherwise everything has been very nice here.

We're concerned that people who don't live here are using the trash dump as their own (including leaving large objects and furniture). Since our trash rates have increased, it hardly seems fair.

We had a super fast and easy move in! When we arrived everything was as described. The office staff are great and the maintenance people are fast and efficient.

Had to change movers/move-in date 3x. Checked apartment the day before just to find it completely filthy. Walls stained from previous renters furniture & God knows what else. Dishwasher had rust/junk at the bottom & something spilled that sat for a while between fridge & counter. Also dead/live spiders & webs everywhere. Refused to clean or paint. Contacted corporate which made them clean&paint. Moved in & still had to scrub it from top to bottom. Only thing done was dishwasher run & spray paint over biggest stains. Worst place I've dealt with. Requested my money back to find another apartment & was told it was not refundable. Maintenance responsive & timely for most things. Some of them need customer service training when it comes to knocking & entering. Sometimes they knock while unlocking & entering not giving people time to respond. The 2 stars are for the neighbors. Truly enjoyed people in the neighborhood & made a couple of friends. Hopefully others will experience better.

Move in process was a little complicated since everything is online but Bradley was super helpful every step of the way. The community is great! Planning to stay here for awhile.

Just need a lot of work. They need a new landscaping crew, we pay for pest control but they haven’t came through once since I been here. So there is lots of bugs because they don’t even come and cut the grass like they should.
