I’m happy with the community that Forest ridge is cultivating for their residents. I’ve noticed blackberry bushes around the property which my son loves to pick! The food trucks are an excellent touch and I’m hoping that the volleyball court will be re-sanded so we can enjoy that as well this summer. Again- the only thing is the dumpster situation. It’s overflowing and smells bad often-however- as far as I’m aware, the office is working hard to secure a reliable schedule for trash pickup. Great place to live!!
So far absolutely love living here, everyone has been so great! The amenities are really nice, the interaction with everyone and the community has been really nice as well!
Enjoying the peace and comfort. Happy that a minor shelf repair was completed quickly. I have started on the treadmill in the gym to increase my stamina and hopefully lose some weight.

A lot of issues with my unit upon move in. Took me weeks to find all of them and some of them I didn’t bother having fixed because maintenance is a struggle with some things. The trash and the potholes are also a bit irritating. However the front patio with the brick wall is amazing and makes up for a lot of the issues I have.

So far we have had a very good experiance. everyone is very quite. We have any issues with the apartment, maintance comes quick and gets it done then and there. We are giving 4 stars becuse the trash area is a little out of control. We do have raccoons that come and throw everything everywhere and i just think our dumpster is not big enough for the number of people that are in our building. Maybe consider a bigger dumpster so the nice young man doesnt have to come a clean up everyones trash.

Nice spacious townhouses! Maintenance responds quickly. The pools and gym are great. The new cyber Cafe is also a nice addition in the club house!

Could be better. We pay for amenities and yet we have less and less. The car wash station was removed, then the tennis court, and the basketball court and we’re still paying the same if not more. Nothing gets upgraded.

Pretty good overall. I will say I wish I could use the indoor basketball court but everytime I go to try it won’t let me in. I also wish they wouldn’t have tore down the tennis court.

I’ve lived here almost two years and the first year was hard to communicate with the office or get ahold of anyone at all. This year it’s like a 180 has been done. ALL of the people in the office have been extremely kind and helpful with any needs or questions I may have. Especially Hope. The property is always kept in pristine condition and feels safe and quiet most of the time. The only thing I will say is that the trash dumpster is closed quite often from it being overfilled- at least a couple times a month- but they usually have it back up and running in a couple days. The other thing is I have pretty noisy neighbors (parties every weekend) and it seems like they can’t do much about it. I was told to call non emergency but I don’t like to bring the law into things that could be fixed with an email or phone call from the office. Otherwise everything has been very nice here.

We had a super fast and easy move in! When we arrived everything was as described. The office staff are great and the maintenance people are fast and efficient.

Had to change movers/move-in date 3x. Checked apartment the day before just to find it completely filthy. Walls stained from previous renters furniture & God knows what else. Dishwasher had rust/junk at the bottom & something spilled that sat for a while between fridge & counter. Also dead/live spiders & webs everywhere. Refused to clean or paint. Contacted corporate which made them clean&paint. Moved in & still had to scrub it from top to bottom. Only thing done was dishwasher run & spray paint over biggest stains. Worst place I've dealt with. Requested my money back to find another apartment & was told it was not refundable. Maintenance responsive & timely for most things. Some of them need customer service training when it comes to knocking & entering. Sometimes they knock while unlocking & entering not giving people time to respond. The 2 stars are for the neighbors. Truly enjoyed people in the neighborhood & made a couple of friends. Hopefully others will experience better.

Just need a lot of work. They need a new landscaping crew, we pay for pest control but they haven’t came through once since I been here. So there is lots of bugs because they don’t even come and cut the grass like they should.

Sound quality is amazing and I appreciate having multiple bathrooms. Excited for summer and the pools to be back open. They seem to always be making positive changes and communicate anything happening well via email. I usually prefer homes, but renting a townhome here is the next best thing. Highly recommend.

The community is clean and homely. Only issues would be lack of letting us know when amenities- especially the dumpster are down. I would recommend to a friend though.

Very quiet and tranquil here! I've never experienced such peace any where else. Office and maintenance staff are quick to resolve issues, even after normal hours.

Very good location, staff is extremely helpful and quick to respond. Moving in was very easy compared to other complex’s that I’ve lived in before.

The apartments are very good for the rent charged. The amenities are great and the efforts to make everything better is evident. The addition of food trucks has been great

It’s a good location. It’s nice and quiet. Been here a few years now. Though the Property can use some upgrades. Not an overall bad place to live

It’s truly been great living here. The office staff is great and Courtney is AMAZING.Life gave us lemons but we just turned it into lemonade.
This place has turned around once the new parent company has taken over. Most of the request are done same day for maintenance and they are always sending updates on things happening in the community.

Everything has been amazing so far, everybody has been so friendly! The neighborhood is great, very quiet. We love the gym and can’t wait for it to be warmer so we can use the pool!

Overall we have enjoyed our time here at Forest Ridge. The staff at the leasing office is very nice! My husband has worked with Tyler a few times and has always been appreciative of his help.

We enjoy our apartment and the community. Most neighbors are quiet and respectful. The location is great to be close to turkey creek but not super far from downtown.

Super happy with the apartment, the community and friendly office staff. Unfortunately we have some problems with neighbors. Wish people would simply co-exist and not look to argue over nothing. Just want to leave peacefully!
