We are just so thrilled! We’ve officially been here for 3 months and at first there was a few things around the out side that bothered us. (Not bad, just more or less annoying for first time apartment renters) But within three short months and without us even complaining. The fantastic staff here have kept the mail area clean, grass mowed, trash picked up from the dumpster area and so much more. We truly are enjoying everything here! Thanks forest ridge!

Overall a pretty good place to live. Feels safe, maintenance folks are pretty quick, the lawn care has gotten better, and relatively friendly neighbors. Some of the structures (wooden rails and porches) need updating and the parking isn’t the best for guests. The trash is usually an eyesore and is one of the biggest problems. With new management in place, it’s starting to be better overall though!

The rent has increased substantially over the last 3 years and there’s no longer security gates, clubhouse with pool tables….the trash compactor breaks quite frequently…which is due to residents throwing furniture in the compactor. There’s not enough dumpsters for all the residents also. The rent is so high people have to have roommates and most people leave trash all over. It’s not as nice as it was 5 years ago, unfortunately. People also drive too fast in here, my car has been hit twice and a note or knock on the door never happened.

Still several issues with the dumpster as well as the landscaping. Seems that several areas were still skipped over and have not seen them back. The bushes are very over grown in the area and is causing a bug problem

Love the size of the apartments, the location and pools. Office staff is friendly, other than the community director. She is very rude and strict and not personable. The biggest issue we have had here are the residents. Lots of fights and drama.

A very clean and quiet place to live. Amenities are kept up with. Effort to bring in food trucks as much as possible has been a very nice change of pace as well as the effort to do more community involved activities with the residents.

I like the apartment (after we had to change our unit on move in day because the first one was nothing like we were told, but they were quick to fix!) The neighborhood is quiet, everyone is friendly !! but everything else is not up to par. Trash is always full, sometimes have to bring to different locations. Made a maintenance request and i got an email and said it was completed, no one showed up. The yard doesn’t gets mowed often enough and when they do, they dont blow or weedeat, with a dog it is frustrating.

Managers and office staff are always responsive and helpful. My townhome has great insulation and a never hear my neighbors through the walls, and with an infant that is extra important! Even with her crying my neighbors say they don't hear a thing. It gives me peace of mind to be comfortable in my home and not have to walk on eggshells. I love the community here and feel safe.

Clean and quiet. Maintenance is prompt and quick when they come. Garbage gets out of hand occasionally due to residents, but it is never too long before it is cleaned up.

I’m happy with the community that Forest ridge is cultivating for their residents. I’ve noticed blackberry bushes around the property which my son loves to pick! The food trucks are an excellent touch and I’m hoping that the volleyball court will be re-sanded so we can enjoy that as well this summer. Again- the only thing is the dumpster situation. It’s overflowing and smells bad often-however- as far as I’m aware, the office is working hard to secure a reliable schedule for trash pickup. Great place to live!!

A lot of issues with my unit upon move in. Took me weeks to find all of them and some of them I didn’t bother having fixed because maintenance is a struggle with some things. The trash and the potholes are also a bit irritating. However the front patio with the brick wall is amazing and makes up for a lot of the issues I have.

So far we have had a very good experiance. everyone is very quite. We have any issues with the apartment, maintance comes quick and gets it done then and there. We are giving 4 stars becuse the trash area is a little out of control. We do have raccoons that come and throw everything everywhere and i just think our dumpster is not big enough for the number of people that are in our building. Maybe consider a bigger dumpster so the nice young man doesnt have to come a clean up everyones trash.

The office has gotten lax about emailing us regarding updates (other than food trucks). For example, there's a bunch of noise on the roof right now, but there wasn't an email about roofers coming to do work.

Nice spacious townhouses! Maintenance responds quickly. The pools and gym are great. The new cyber Cafe is also a nice addition in the club house!

Very friendly neighbors and welcoming staff, very well upkeep and maintenance. Trash does fill up quickly but staff stays on top of it as much as possible.

There’s good and bad every but there is more good then bad here at Forest ridge. It is a comfortable safe community , quiet never had problems with my neighbors.
