Jay, Lisa and LeAnn were of a tremendous help. I'm old school and filling out an application on line can be daunting. Along with all the other things now necessary to move into an apartment. However, with all their help it went very smoothly. I had lived at Forest Place 24 years ago and was very happy with my stay. I'm just moving in so hope it has remained the same. I love Forest Place! I am comfortable, content and safe! This is my forever home. Forest Place is a community. We care about each other. It is ideally located. And the staff…office and maintenance…are top notch! However, I would ask that our residences clean up after their sweet dogs, especially downstairs near the laundry room in the south building. It’s a real problem. Thank you! P. S. Can we perhaps decorate our outside Lampposts with wreaths this Christmas?

Just moved in and everyone is so nice! We love our huge apartment. The closets are great and we get plenty of sun light with all the windows. We love the view of the pool from our balcony.

Ive rented for almost 3 yrs now and I've been satisfied. In the last few months the elevator seems to always be out of order. Going up and down 3 flights of stairs is no fun. The parking deck is filled with several cluttered boxes and is an eyesore. The lighting or lack of lighting is a safety issue.
I found this apartment complex by accident and that was 4 years ago. This is the best apartment complex in Little Rock. Apartment floor plans are all very different but all feel more like a home than an apartment. Close to everything in Little Rock, yet quiet. Very nice community within the complex, has a small village atmosphere. There is parking available in the basement which is very convenient. Balconies are nice and spacious.

As a resident of Forest Place for 5 years now, all I can say is it is the best place to live in Little Rock. BEST LOCATION. The staff is amazing!! They are always there to answer any questions in such a kind and helpful way. Maintenance is wonderful. Couldn’t be happier!
I have lived here 4 years and everything was great until current management took over. The management has removed everything that is beneficial or provides morale. The manager has now created a sterilized environment. In addition the manager has forbidden firewood in your garage parking spot which takes away the benefit of having a fireplace. Current management is doing everything in their power to create a sterilized unfriendly environment that does not allow any individuality or expression. Prior management allowed decorations on your door, birthday cards, proper and timely maintenance. Bottom line, Don’t live here
My apt windows, carpet and walls weren't cleaned before I moved in. The stench was so bad I had to open windows to air out the place for weeks. Management never responded to multiple requests for carpet cleaning. Awful customer service, per my opinion!!! Maintenance requests, on the other hand, have all been completed with smiles and professional appearance. The guys in maintenance are a positive asset, for sure. Most neighbors are wonderful. I've enjoyed getting to know other's pets and families. My teenaged son also loves the closeness to school and library. This adds to my overall happiness at Forest Place Apts, regardless of first impressions with my apt readiness.
After being set on fire numerous times by an arsonist, that's been captured and is in jail, it is a safe community now. But that doesn't leave the previous residents who still live there at any ease- everyone use to stick to themselves and mind their own business. Now, everyone has to either ask about you, talk to you, know your whole life story. It's annoying when you talk all day at work (12 hours) and come home to nosey neighbors who want to know your life story. Younger adults have moved in now making it a more diverse population and not a senior living place. But, this leaves for ignorant kids who get drunk and loud, wreck parked cars in the parking lot, smoke weed and aren't smart enough to close their vents, fight with their girlfriend/boyfriend outside at night, play obnoxious music at late hours or when you want to nap but can't because the unit below you is playing the newest rap and are so proud they know every word. Overall...it's not a boring place to live but not perfect. Which is fine.
My experience here was ok. The community is very quiet and I had no problems with noise over the 18 months I lived here. However, my room was extremely drafty during the winter and I had issues with my toilet for months. My car was burgarlarized but nothing was taken since I don't keep valuables in my car.
I have lived at Forest Place for over 5 years, since I moved to Little Rock. The complex was built in 1974, but lots of renovating is happening. Floor plans are HUGE and much less expensive per sq/ft than any other complex in the area. Quiet and diverse.
