Property Ratings at Forest Park at Fletcher Hills
Worst property management I have ever had to deal with. They shut your water and power off constantly with little to no notice, there are homeless people sleeping by your doors, the entire property is infested with cockroaches. Laundry room is constantly being trashed, broken, or slept in by the homeless. The amenities are either broken or discusting, and the valet trash is a nightmare. The leasing team is incompetent and poorly managed. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

I moved from the East Coast and was able to look at videos of the interior and had great, fast communication from management. This made it super easy to apply and sign a lease, they went above and beyond helping my get the keys, and everything has been much better than expected. For being such a large apartment complex, I was expecting it to be a lot noisier, potentially dirty or bug infested, but it's none of that. I'm really impressed by how well such a large complex is managed.

I have been a resident at Forest Park for a little over three years and have been in two units. Office staff are always friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always very fast, friendly, and professional.
Forest Park is a cozy community where your pets are welcomed and is located near shopping centers and freeways!
I've lived forest part apartments since April of this year, and its been great. the neighborhood is quiet for the most part (kids having fun every once and awhile is not bad) and the location is convenient. Personally I would recommend this area to family's or those who just want a good nice quiet place to live. Having multiple pools and other recreational places like a park, mall and bowling alley its great for college students too! For those without a car the trolley is literally down the street. Highly recommended.

With newly renovated units, completely repainted exteriors, and repaving the parking lots you can tell the management is investing some serious cash into taking care of it's residents!
