I had a laundry list of things I needed in my future home when I started looking for a place in NLR and Foothills exceeds my very high expectations. Now I live in a HUGE community that I am comfortable walking around, and it's well lit at night when I take my dog out. I've met everyone in the office and most of the maintenance team. The one emergency I had was handled within the hour and Mandy even followed up the next day to make sure I was taken care of. My apartment is cozy in the original section (phase 1), I've got a large kitchen, large living room, a real fireplace, a large bedroom (big enough for my king size bed and oversized furniture), and the closet is big enough for me to put my dresser in there. I've lived in several apartments here in central AR and I can say the quality and the service I get here at Foothills exceeds what other so-called 'luxury' communities offer. I'm glad I found Foothills to call home, they made the application process very smooth, and I would recommend this community to friends and family if they were ever moving to the area.

In the heart of the city close to the mall which I love spending my free time shopping and a ton of restaurants that I enjoy visiting since I don’t care for cooking and a fun fact about here is the fact people in the office care about us with all different types of occasions from food trucks to breakfast on the go I just want to say thanks to everyone who is a part of this amazing community and property management team !!!!!!

So far my experience is great. I have a leak in my bathroom and am waiting for the ice maker to be fixed, otherwise I am very happy! It’s quiet and I feel safe. Pedro was my leasing agent and he’s the best!

management needs to actually do some work. not a quite place to live with your family. buildings were made with very cheap materials , you can hear upstair neighbor walking. and when you are walking, your downstairs neighbor hear you. some neighbors are very noisy, it took two months to fix/replace broken dishwasher in my apartment. 2 months, we had to wash dishes with hands. at the end of my 1 year living here, best part is going to be when I am moving out.
When I first moved in I couldn't have been happier. After 6 months of living there parking became an absolute nightmare. Some nights I would have to park in the complex up the road and walk due to there being literally zero parking even at the office and on the side of the road. We were in the process of moving out when everything went down hill. The apartment was still in my name for 2 weeks and some of my belongings were still in the apartment. Someone(maintenance) came in during a fire alarm inspection and turned all my breakers off and left the door unlocked. Need I remind you some of my belongings were still in the apartment and I had a fridge FULL OF FOOD. All my food was ruined. The management couldn't have cared less. We have still yet to see any empathy from them. I requested them compensate for my food as well which they also failed to do. Save yourself and do no live here. I'm a very positive, nice person and I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I am military and am definitely not someone to complain but losing ALL my food really set me off. I couldn't afford that loss at the time.
Very nice, clean apartments with beautiful boucanies. They keep all the grass very green all summer long and have a very nice pool. This place also attracts some very friendly neighbors and the rent is fair priced.
Great location close to restaurants and a mall. The apartment got a new facelift on the outside but the interior needs updated .
Very centric location, close to shopping malls and less than 10 minutes drive to Downtown Little Rock and it's famous River Market Area. Very quite and relaxing neighborhood with its own pool area, gym and local wifi. Just a couple seconds away from the nearest school. Apartments are spacious and have an open layout concept, with room for your own washer & dryer. All rooms boast of walking closets and very spacious bathrooms. And all apartments come with state of the art kitchen appliances. Military friendly with military clause and only 15 min to Little Rock AFB.
Foothill apartments are the best. The pool continues to stay clean. Foothills employees are always accountable and friendly. The atmosphere is quiet. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The only thing that I want to change is parking, its first come first serve and I personally think there should be assigned parking spots. But overall I love it here their pet friendly and make sure you pick up your doggy doo. Has a beautiful view of downtown. there is open grills around the campus where you can grill and relax. So kick up your feet and enjoy your stay at Foothills apartments.
I do not suggest this apartment any more because from last year to this year i pay about $ 100 more because of new management.
