Wish there was a 0 star. Maintenance is a joke, management would be a joke if they were even here, every building reeks of weed, our car got broken into and stolen, "laundry room" is 1 or 2 pairs of washer/dryer for a whole packed building, dogs off leashes everyday and dog poop, dirty baby diapers and trash is always on sidewalks and yards, pool never opens because it's always shut down by health department before it even could be, the "pest control" they make u pay for monthly is a joke, dirty moldy broken apartments and faulty plumbing, half the time no hot water, unusable windows that let cold winter air in, loud dirty weed smoking neighbors that don't watch their kids or animals. RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!
Every once in a while you will think "Man I wish I listened to that review". This is that review. Terrible service and they try shady crap all the time to milk extra money out of you.

These are horrible apartments. Do not move here. Apartments have rampant leaking problems, mold problems. The property is not lit at night, making it extremely dangerous to take out trash or park in the parking lot. These apartments also have bug problems. The landscape is not taken care of, there is always dog waste or rotting food on the premises. The property managers that are employed at the apartments do not care about their tenants. Stay away. Currently White Lotus Group manages this property, very shady company. The pictures on here are not accurate for what this place looks like. The pool has never been open in my time living there.
This is a terrible place. The maintenance does nothing. I moved in upon the stipulation that they fix the bathroom floor. 5 mos has not been done. I called about a dishwasher issue, never responded. This is not a very secure, or safe place. Police have been here several times. People do not pick up after their dogs, trash throughout the property. The pictures are not what it is really like. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, do. If I could give it a half star, I would.
