One of the best student housings you will ever get. I’ve had an amazing experience living at this community! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel supported. The property is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. My apartment is clean, comfortable, and a great place to study and relax. Overall, this is the best student housing experience I’ve had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live during the school year!

This is a great community the location is perfect for any ud student looking for housing. I lived here for the first few years and I have no complaints. It’s truly perfect the location, price, renovations. I definitely recommend looking into living here if you’re an upcoming ud student. The manager is very professional and helpful. Maintenance is also timely. This have been a very smooth transition from start to finish

I’ve really enjoyed living at Flyer Pointe Apartments. The property is always clean and well-maintained. The size of the one-bedroom is perfect—spacious enough to give me my own space as a college student, while still being close to campus. Management has been wonderful and very easy to work with. Overall, a great place to live!
I like that its close to UD and all of the stuff in the area but its much quieter than being on campus dorms.

Living here has been such a great experience! The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel at home. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I recently toured this property with my daughter and the apartments are actually really nice and spacious. They are located in walking distance to grocery stores and multiple restaurants which is great for college students. The woman who showed me the apartment was really helpful and nice! I highly recommend this complex!

Flyer Pointe is the perfect community for college students wanting to be on their own at an affordable price!!! I stayed in the Large 1 bedroom. It was the perfect size. It’s always felt comfortable and well maintained. It’s within walking distance to UD and downtown Dayton. It’s also a great way to meet other college students. There is a small hole in the wall restaurant called Tanks. 10/10 recommend eating here. I lived here all 4 years while attending UD. I was said to say goodbye as this became my home. I highly recommend checking them out.

I recently toured these apartments and they were much nicer on the inside than I had expected. The surrounding area is a little ran down so I wasn't sure what to expect. The leasing agent was really nice and the apartment was bigger than expected as well.

These reviews are fake and made up by the company this place sucks! It’s never anywhere to park, there are rats and mice all in the walls. Mold is visible due to a leak their unable to fix. Maintenance NEVER is on time or do what their suppose to do. The place Ben has an order and the building aren’t secured. This is not to bash this place but it’s simple facts. I have pictures and videos to prove everything!

Lived at nearly all of the other student housing apartments close to UD (including a house) and this is by far the best. In fact, I am actually bummed to be graduating or else I would stay. If you don't mind the commute, this is the best UD living option
