Living here has been such a great experience! The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel at home. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I love how peaceful the community feels, and the location is super convenient for everything I need. It’s truly a place where you can feel comfortable and cared for. I recently toured this property with my daughter and the apartments are actually really nice and spacious. They are located in walking distance to grocery stores and multiple restaurants which is great for college students. The woman who showed me the apartment was really helpful and nice! I highly recommend this complex!

Flyer Pointe is the perfect community for college students wanting to be on their own at an affordable price!!! I stayed in the Large 1 bedroom. It was the perfect size. It’s always felt comfortable and well maintained. It’s within walking distance to UD and downtown Dayton. It’s also a great way to meet other college students. There is a small hole in the wall restaurant called Tanks. 10/10 recommend eating here. I lived here all 4 years while attending UD. I was said to say goodbye as this became my home. I highly recommend checking them out.

I recently toured these apartments and they were much nicer on the inside than I had expected. The surrounding area is a little ran down so I wasn't sure what to expect. The leasing agent was really nice and the apartment was bigger than expected as well.

These reviews are fake and made up by the company this place sucks! It’s never anywhere to park, there are rats and mice all in the walls. Mold is visible due to a leak their unable to fix. Maintenance NEVER is on time or do what their suppose to do. The place Ben has an order and the building aren’t secured. This is not to bash this place but it’s simple facts. I have pictures and videos to prove everything!

Lived at nearly all of the other student housing apartments close to UD (including a house) and this is by far the best. In fact, I am actually bummed to be graduating or else I would stay. If you don't mind the commute, this is the best UD living option
