I am a law student at St. Thomas University - located 10 minutes from Miami Lakes. I moved into Fountain House in September of 2024 had have loved my experience living here. The area is so safe, quiet, and beautiful. I love going on walks and runs around this area and it is perfect for quick meals. This is the best living decision I have made!
Great place to live. Close to parks, restaurants and shopping centers. Location is perfect. Well maintenance community. The staff is very friendly and professional.
The Fountain House Apartments are wonderful. The staff and maintenance are so helpful and everything is kept in tip top shape. After downsizing from a Miami Lakes townhouse which I sold after 39 years this has been perfect for me. I wanted to continue to be part of this community so this fits the bill. I appreciate living in a well-kept and safe neighborhood.
I enjoy living at fountain house because it feels like “home”. I love the area and I enjoy being close to all the amenities it has to offer. Regarding FH - graham residential itself, you get what you pay for and so far there has been no complaints from me. The staff in the office is friendly and can resolve any problem you have in a reasonable time. I mostly want to take the time to applaud the people who work behind the scenes (maintenance workers, contractors, etc) for keeping the apartment building's clean and well maintained. I recommend living here 100%
I don’t even know where to begin. I was looking for an apartment near work and my parent’s house. There were several communities in mind to check out including some that were just recently built. I decided to see fountain house first just due to it being an older community than the rest. I was attended by Carmen who did an amazing job from beginning to end. The minute that I was given the tour, I honestly felt at home. Carmen was very helpful with every question that I had. The community is in a very quiet area with several restaurants, move theater, and The 826/I75 nearby. I went to several newly built apartments within 3-5 miles and honestly they did not compare to fountain house. I returned to fountain house to start the application process and within 10 days if not less, I became an official resident at fountain house. I highly recommend this property and ask for Carmen!
Fountain House Apartments is blessed with a very nice and helpful office staff and terrific maintenance as well. The buildings are quiet, clean, and very well-cared for. In addition, the area is teaming with excellent restaurants and great shopping venues. Five stars!
Great Apartment and Location! My time at Fountain House was short as we purchased a home sooner than we thought...but I loved it here! The apartments are very well maintained, it's quiet...clean pool and BBQ area. There are tons of restaurants, shops, bakeries, parks, a movie theatre and Publix within walking distance. Very Safe...I'd walk my dog late at night and never felt uneasy. Definitely a great area to live! The leasing office staff and maintenance crew are Amazing...very friendly! Highly Recommend

I have been living at Fountainhouse since we relocated back to Miami in 2021. Our apartment is spacious and at a great location! The price is also very reasonable considering inflation and demand. Main Street shopping and restaurants are walking distance from our place. We enjoy the serene and safe. atmosphere- great for walking our doggie! What’s more impressive is the Management team and their responsiveness. They manage all concerns in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this community!
Having lived in Meadow Walk down the street for 17 years, I wanted an upgrade and have been at Fountain House for the last 3 years. It’s a wonderful complex right on Main Street, but away from the entertainment area noise. Safe neighborhood and lots of activities to do around. Very walkable and if you’re feeling lazy grab one of the scooters you can find all over the town. Great staff who is very attentive and if at anytime we need maintenance done on the unit they are quick to report and complete! I was born and raised in Miami Lakes and happy to say I’m a lifer!

Since I have lived in Fountain House Apartments it has been a very nice experience. The maintenance crew and the leasing office team are all very professional and nice people. Location, right in Main Street, is an amazing plus.
I love my apartment building. It's quite, clean tons of restaurants, parks and activities withing walking distance. It's maintained clean and fresh and the pool area is great with bbq already in place. I have been here for four years and I just love it. Definitely recommended ??

I moved into Fountain House 3 years ago, and I would happily recommend this apartment complex to everyone based on my personal experience. 1) Staff and Service: -Maria (manager) and her team Kelly & Nancy are really professional and truly care for the tenants. Maria was my leasing agent when I moved in and she so deserves this promotion to the property manager! -Maintenance requests are always resolved in 24 hrs -They do very well in screening and my neighbors are all very kind and courteous -They would always send notice prior to an inspection/pressure cleaning/renovation/planned outage to make you aware 2) Apartment quality: -Buildings are high quality and generally noise-proof -Appliances are new and in good condition -Never experienced power/water outage due to inclement weathers -Buildings and landscape are well maintained, NEVER had roach issue -Plenty of parking spaces 3) Location: -Convenient, across the street from Miami Lakes town center with shops, restaurants and a movie theater. 10 mins walking to Publix. -Relaxing, the unit is quiet despite the proximity to the town center. There are nice decorations in the town center in holiday seasons. There is also a little park across the street with a great view. -Work-out friendly, there is a nice gym within 3 mins walking. Alternatively, there are plenty of walkways for jogging. -Safe, you see people walking dogs at night.
We’ve lived here for quite a while and I can’t complain. The apartments and surroundings areas are well maintained at all times, the side-walks and hallways are pressured washed often. The staff’s sense of urgency and courtesy is appreciable.
I moved here 5 years ago and absolutely love it here. Not only is the staff always helpful you have everything here within walking distance. You have Publix, different restaurants, Cvs, the movie theater, and the police station is right up the street. Very safe area to raise a family in. What more can anyone really ask for ??
Feels like home, in the heart of Miami Lakes! We’ve been here for 7 years. Staff makes it feel like home and very personable. Safe, clean, and feels more like you are part of a community than an apartment. Wish I could could give it more than 5 stars.
What can I say about the property managers at this complex that I haven't told them PERSONALLY already? I have never been a resident of such caring property managers in the past. Maria is FANTASTIC. She is the nicest most caring property manager I have experienced. I had my dishwasher break on me and she made sure that everything was taken care of very quickly. Any questions I have, she has been so helpful and so sweet. Kelly is EXTREMELY helpful - He is also very very nice and made my move very easy from my prior apartment. The maintenance guys are very very nice and very professional. I have seen the cleaning lady constantly cleaning the laundry room in response to covid so thats GREAT ti see how well they are handling this situation. Even my MAILMAN is AWESOME. The neighbors are very nice too. The unit is perfect for me - I am only moving because I need a washer/dryer in my unit because of my kids. I plan to stay in graham properties BECAUSE of Kelly and Maria - they have made my experience a great one and I would only want quality staff such as they.
Amazing staff! Courteous, helpful, and genuinely cares. Beautiful apartments with lots of space and great layouts. I’ve been here for 4 years and I’ve never had some thing break that wasn’t fixed within a few hours. One of the features I must say I like the most, sound proofing. Love the privacy and also the luxury of playing music without neighbors having to listen to my terrible taste in music.
I love my apartment, but even more I love the location! Its close to so many restaurants and stores. Leasing Office staff is great, any maintenance issue I've ever had has been fixed the same day!

My experience at fountain house apartments has been vastly pleasant. If I need maintenance they reply right away, their portal to request maintenance and even to pay rent is super easy. The staff is great. Shout out to Kelly for being thorough and always delivering above and beyond service. It was his dedication that helped me make the decision to move here and he’s a big part of the positive experience that I’ve had interacting with staff. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone.
You really can't go wrong with this property. I stumbled upon it by mistake three years ago while taking my nephew to the Club Shula (Gym) for a basketball game, and I decided to visit the leasing center. I was welcomed by a warm staff and after reviving a tour and finding out their great prices I had to say... "where do I sign?!" I have been a resident ever since. Staff is VERY professional and they are very fast as well as eager to help you with any needs you may have big or small. Units are updated and you cannot put a price on location. Your apartment will be fused into a small world of restaurants, shops, a full service spa, and even a movie theater. If you're looking g for an apartment in this area there's no reason to search anymore. Fountain house definitely gives you the most for your dollar in this area. The only issue you'll have is that you'll want to BUY!
