The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Flint East Village Apartments
I honestly wouldn't recommend this apartment, sadly the management are not friendly every time I've spoke with management i feel slighted. The Management and maintenance are not urgent or compassionate to the tenets concerns ,issues and maintenance with the unit. All of the units need to be updated and the location isn't the safest, its a lot of robbery's and gun violence I had a package stolen once since i've stayed here. Maybe under new management this complex could be better but for now I definitely do not recommend moving here not worth it .
