Property is kept clean. The unit is clean and up to date! Management is very responsive and caring! The community is quiet. The security gates is always functioning correctly. The pool area and gym is kept clean. The office staff and office is warming! I definitely recommend!

Been here for 4 years and I can say that it feels right at home being here always and I love how things keep getting better and better! The team here really makes it easy to feel comfortable

Great environment so far. Live the cleanliness of it and community. I wish there was more amenities like outdoor field, maybe tennis court but overall it is great! Love the gym, I haven’t been to the pool but it looks very clean

Overall it is a good community. Good amenities. Nice pool area. For the price there are better options that offer more in Broward. Apartments are sizable. Honestly 7/10.

I really enjoy living at Flats on the Greens. Its peaceful and I feel safe. My neighbors are polite and sweet. Its a joy coming home daily. It's well kept and very clean. I really like the quietness. I have quick access to shopping and work.

Going on 3 years now . Safe community , good people . Very Kid and pet friendly . Playgrounds and dog park on site and the community is maintained pretty clean .

My Daughter has been so excited to live in this community. Our last neighborhood was a bit overwhelming for her but this community offers her a sense of peace.

I loved this location, it was quiet and peaceful. Loved the sunset view from the patio! Over all my experience was positive living there. Maintenance issues were always diligently handled. Office staffs are very helpful.

Great complex never had any issues inside or outside my apartment. They take care of any issues fast if any. Very clean and well maintained.

The staff is fabulous!!! Community is pleasant and pretty. The apartment needs attention many things need repairs. ,but we love the pool and doggie park..it's very clean.

My residence experience is great ! Flats in the green is a very quite and clean place to live. The office is sometimes hard to reach on the phone but once you put your main order during the week they don’t take long to come in and take care of it.

Do not believe the entrance sign these are not Luxury Apartments. It is okay, the maintenance and upkeep is fine, it is just not Luxury Apartment living. Here are the reasons- please compare to REAL luxury apartment community a) no security b) no enforcement of dog breeds c) no covering for residents cars who have to open window during monsoons to use their pods d)place smells like weed e) no free wifi for residents I doubt real luxury apartments have any of these issues. The place is okay but by no means it is Luxury

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is also clean. I like when we have a concern it is addressed as soon as possible. The office staff is also friendly.

I live in this community. It has everything you need. I love the pool, the mini golf and the gym. I feel secured and quite. You never have problems to find where to park.

We love living here. It’s the first apartment complex that I have lived in that the front office and maintenance is amazing. We have only needed maintenance a few time and they either came the same day or the next morning. The office staff, Stephany and Doris are amazing. It’s been a pleasure living here.

since we moved to Florida ,we rent these apartment, their maintenance service is very prominent and efficient and very fast responce.The office staff is cooperative and helpful we recommend to rent these apartment cause , this is a peaceful and crime free neighborhood

The initial move in process was thorough and a breeze. Deris made sure to explain everything in great details and even followed up with me several times once I moved completely in.

The leasing process was easy, quick and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quite, up to date and clean place to lay your head. 10 out of 10!

The grounds are well kept. The staff are very professional and helpful. Knowing that maintenance is punctual and efficient with service request and One thing which is a peace of mind is that the community is very quiet day and night.

The community itself is very nice. However is unfair for the tenants not to have all amenities available. With the amount of money they ask for these apartments everything should be available. It is unbelievable that pool chairs aren't available for its residents, we are not kids! Also, gate don't even work most of the time, they charge for parking and want to control the amount of guest residents receive , that's a rip off and they charge a monthly pest control fee. Again for the amount they charge for rent is ridiculous not to have everything available to its residents. I can't wait for my lease to b up. This new management came in here to charge every little thing and change things up and make it very difficult for tenants to enjoy their stay here.

These people you call your team at Flats in the green is hilarious. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable regarding their apartments. My friend and I came to tour last week and was told by the Andrea that something is available and come by and check it out. We came by during lunch and was told they do not have anything until September and check out the other property’s. A week later I was called in by Andrea again to check out the apartments and when I came no one was in the office I walked inside and seen everyone just hanging out in the other room watching tv and the manager Mariah comes off the chair and greets me with a pizza in the other hand. Beware renters these are liars and a waste of time.

What a terrible place this has become!!!! Where do I start? A gate that does not work . They claim it's going to be the biggest baddest gate. If the renters took as long to pay the rent as they have fixing this gate everyone would have been evicted. They took away the recycling which for some of us who care about the environment is a big deal and also the city of Tamarac ordinance. They have a kids park and a dogs park. The kids play in the dog park because the residents are allowed to bring their peeing dogs in the kids park! Every day like clock work there is some sort of construction going on. Like clockwork the jackhammers start. We are told it is for benefit of the residents. No it isn't! It's for the owner to get more money in future rents DUH. The pool has become a hangout at night since there is no gate or lights in that area local non residents can now hangout there. Their website says they have a new clubhouse? I think that's code for they fixed the office up for themselves because it has no benefit for the residents. There is no tennis courts!! They signed everyone to a lease probably knowing that the gym would also be shutdown. There was no warning or anything. Just a note on the window. SORRY CHARLIE it will be fixed in 3 months. For the price the tenants are paying here you can get new buildings and appliances there are other options out there. In closing if you are thinking of renting here do not go by anyone's reviews. You should visit this place you can drive right in since the gate is broke, drive around and talk to the residents ask them what they think about the place. My guess is you won't rent here!

Living here for years the quality has gotten from bad to worst. Tried to tough it out because the location is convenient. The people in the office useless. You are suppose to have assigned parking no one is enforcing it . You call the office to complain about not being able to park in your assigned pot which is included in the rent; you are told that you should leave a note or you should call the tow company in other better managed communities this is handled by the office. Ongoing construction for months, loud and noisy. Suppose to be a gated community the gates have been wide open for months. I wish there was a way for zero stars, Counting down the days till lease ends, I am certainly not going to waste money and break my lease.

Live in this community for a while now I've never had a problem the maintenance is amazing any time something goes wrong they're quick and very on point, I really enjoy the peace and quiet I appreciate the pet friendly and all the great updates they do... honestly I really don't have anything negative to say it's a great place to live... so whether you're single or you have a family it's definitely an amazing and safe place to live.... I'm definitely looking forward to the great upgrades that they're going to do which considering cameras and being more accurate with the gates.

I have lived here in the Cypress Club apartments for over a year now. The property is very well maintained. The maintaince crew are amazing. They are all very friendly and prompt. The townhome is Homey and the patios are huge. All appliances are stainless steel and floors are tile throughout. I would recommend this property 10x over again.

I have been living here for 6 years. At first the monthly lease was good for the condition of the apt. But now I pay 350.00 more for the same apt. But they now call the complex a luxury complex, but my apt is still the same but more money.
