The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Flats of Clintonville
I have had 2 maintenance requests and both were addressed within 24 hours. The 2 maintenance guys were very kind and communicated when they would be dropping by, so I could make myself available. The property manager Abbey has been great. She always responds in a timely fashion, and she made it very easy to sign the lease and get moved in. Its shared coin laundry for the building but the machines all work and they are clean. I always pay attention to that when touring a building because its an indicator of how well the building is maintained. Pretty cool you can pay with your phone instead of quarters. The other tenants have been very friendly for the most part. They are courteous and do not play loud music during sleeping hours. Also people have dogs but i have not heard a single bark. Girl next door has a dog and i had no clue until I passed her in the hallway. So everyone does a good job controlling the dog noise. The location is great because its nestled away from main roads but still in the heart of businesses and restaurants. But you don’t hear traffic noise etc. But I can walk to Wendy’s or target if I don’t feel like driving. My unit does not have a dishwasher or microwave but thats ok as I never cook anyways so I hardly have dishes. I will likely stay here a while, if they can figure out who the jerk is on the 2nd floor smoking cigarettes inside his unit. Management is trying to figure out who it is so they can give them a stern warning, as its a breach of the lease.
It takes forever for management to get back to you or answer your calls/emails, but once they do the job gets done. Maintenance guy is fantastic. Building is quiet, pretty thick walls (I never hear my neighbors except when I'm out in the main hallway) and there's no issues with bugs or pests. In major situations (like a water or gas failure) management will inform residents within emails and door notices. I've enjoyed living here.
No one showed up at the property for my scheduled tour, even though I left them a message 30 min in advance to make sure we were still good to go. I called them while I was waiting at the property and they claimed that they didn’t have my appointment booked. They then apologized and said they’d email me info about the units they have available, and never did.
