It is close by Marta which is pretty comfortable for commute. and most of grocery stores like Costco and target are nearby. Indian groceries stores are pretty nearby as well.

Our experience has not been wonderful, because the stress in the application for accommodation was truly stressful but we understand. The accommodation was good but we needed some little things like brighter light and the seat out areas was not well cleaned, as the stains were not well cleaned. But apart from all these, we appreciate the community.

Trash pickup is not reliable. Also gate gets broken many times. Sometimes outside people use swimming pool on property. Plus point Maintenance folks get things sorted quickly.

The community here is fantastic. The common areas are well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. Location is good but rent is high according to amenities. North spring Marta station connected to community. Maintenance service is not up to the mark according to the rent.

Great area, my roommate and I are pleased with location and amenities. We especially love the valet trash service and gym space. The entire neighborhood is surprisingly quiet for the location.

Place is awesome!! Accessibility is also good. We have Marta near by - Just 5 mins walk. Surroundings is clean. Leasing people are so good and are always ready to help out.

I absolutely love it here! From rent price, location amenities and staff. Everything has been great. I really appreciate the community the events the staff holds, I usually can’t make a lot of them but the ones I’ve been able to have been a delight.

Wonderful community for someone seeking privacy, gate just doesn’t work hopefully not an ongoing issue before it becomes a problem for a gated community amenity. Customer service is actually great with communication and no issues thus far. There are current damaged remotes in the clubhouse for the entertainment room that prevents usage of it. Maintenance crew responsive is good. Gym is nice.

YOU REALLY NEED TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!! Please ignore the low review. I have been here about 4 years. I can tell you the good and bad. Was good when I moved here site unseen. We later got new management that really drove the place down. They really didn’t care. We’ve had another management change since late last summer and as a resident can see the changes happening. They really care and are honestly making it a good place to live. Check it out!

My experience has been pretty good so far after maintenance fixed a handful of things in my apartment. The maintenance crew and office staff are very sweet and helpful. The rental company seems to be good with upkeep of the property.

Do Not Move Here
I have lived here since October. I hate to complain about anything but I have to be honest. Since I have moved here I have not had a working dishwasher and I have no access to letting guess in through the gated entry. I’ve called and put in countless requests for the issue with my dishwasher to be fixed and they always say they are sending someone right now and each time it is a lie. I have never experienced such staff who lie like they do in any place I have lived and it is very frustrating because I am not rude or unreasonable. I do everything right as far as paying my rent ahead of time and being a great citizen and resident. Please if you are looking for a honest staff that really helps there residents with needs they are supposed to provide DO NOT move here!!!!!

Ok to be here not a great place. No amenities, no play area, pool will be closed on mostly during summer, gate are broken, but the rent is way more expensive than nearby communities

Has Nice Neighborhood good community space but couple of key issues. 1. No kids play area, kids play in parking lot. we are having tough time to let kids run around and play on a concecrete ground. 2. Maintanance requests are not attended properly and sometimes closed with no updates. 3. You will have to keep calling/ visiting leasing office frequently to get one issue resolved.

Units are good but maintenance can be better. The community is pet friendly but sometimes the pets are not leashed and pet waste is not picked up by owners and makes unpleasant

Community maintenance is really good and it’s very close to Martha station and lot of other facilities like theatre and stores. The only complaint I have is management is taking a little while to respond back to tenant’s.

A whole new experience
I am very pleased with my experience here at The Flats. Maintenance is amazing. The new management team including Sheree and AJ are very kind and efficient. Shaun has always taken very good care of my issues and now Mitch. It’s very serene and I’ve never had an issue with security or noise. I love it here.

Do not move here
Do not move here. This place has been under two management companies in the past year and a half. It is literally a dump, trash everywhere at all times. They do not fix anything. I called about my garage leaking, I had to go to the rental office 5 times before someone even came out. I called and submitted to the portal maintenance request for my garage not opening/closing and someone else’s remote opening my garage, a year later still has not been fixed. I put in a work order to get the bath tub deglazed, verified with the office IN PERSON that it was scheduled for today. Displaced myself for hours. No one ever came. The two girls in the front office are terrible and told two completely different stories of why the service was not complete. One said they don’t have a key to my apartment, the other said the contractor never came out. I specifically asked them before I left do I need to leave the door unlocked they said they had a key. Total incompetence here and no customer service.I asked why they didn’t call to let me know they didn’t have a key, they claim they did. No missed calls no voicemails. Just lying. Do not move here. Complete waste of time and money

Terrible terrible terrible. There needs to be credits given to everyone living here for amenities not able to use but are charged for. In addition your carpet should be replaced and your unit freshly re painted by complex per renewal As the rent greatly increases with everything aging and not being repaired on the inside on the unit The community has yet to do Anything about replacing a broken entry door a faulty ac unit that has my bill 200 because kw use is tripled. Trash collected when they feel like it. Roaches are extremely bad for terrace units that there were some living within control panel of appliances. Units in back have no lighting or trail JUST dirt and grass. No patio nor balcony for some TERRACE units but not deducted from Cost The office, gym, yoga room Computer area should NOT have ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE COST OF THE UNIT

The in-office staff are wonderful, helpful ladies and the neighborhood itself has such charm. Unfortunately, there are maintenance issues that go unanswered for far too long. The gutters have not been cleaned in what seems to be a long while, making waterfall-pressure water fall from the tops of the buildings when it rains. The pool and other amenities are wonderful, but the pool gets dirty easily and is not taken care of. It has been cloudy for a week now.

I have lived at the Flats at North Springs for many years. It has so many advantages! It is located in a Dunwoody neighborhood only 5 miles from Buckhead; a MARTA station is connected; a beautiful pool and yoga room are included; and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment complex is a mess
The apartment complex is a mess right now. There is no play area for the kids, the car wash doesn’t work. The pool is closed for maintenance. We need more EV charging stations due to increase in EV cars.
