Property Ratings at Flatiron Flats Apartments
I've enjoyed living here for the past 5 months. Neighbors are respectful and property is kept up to date. Nice and modern finishes around the property and apartment itself. The property itself is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood which I appreciate. Brett helped me thru the application process and both him and the rest of the staff has always been professional and proactive. Beautiful views of the front range and into the Rocky Mountains if you face West. The only thing I wish I had was a bathtub (most plans do, just not the one I'm in). Would recommend!
Lived here for several months and had a great experience! Jessica, Brett, Maria, Josh, and Abraham are very helpful and it is a great environment.
We toured many apartments, but the moment I saw this one, I knew it was the right choice! I absolutely love the color scheme — it feels bright, clean, and so cozy, just like home. The building has two beautiful rooftop decks with mountain views, perfect for barbecues or small gatherings! I think the person who designed this apartment must be a true dog lover. There are two large, beautiful dog parks where my 2 dogs can run freely, and there’s even a gorgeous dog-wash room! I’m so happy I no longer have to lift my 100-pound Lab onto a high bathing table. So if you have dogs, I genuinely recommend this place! Maria provided exceptional service with great professionalism and warmth when we moved in, and we’re truly, deeply grateful for her! The only downside is that there’s no parking garage, which makes getting into the car in the summer a bit uncomfortable. But aside from that, I absolutely love living here!
Flatiron Flats is an amazing place to live with an extremely helpful staff. Whenever we have any issues or questions they always respond quickly. They have the best events out of any apartment we've lived at, with grill parties, music, and more! The apartment is quiet and the community is great.
