Flair Tower

The best apartment building I have ever lived in! The staff is superb in every way, the decor is beautiful and creative, the amenities are fantastic, and it is just a treat to come home to every day!

Flair Tower is more than an apartment building it is a home. The entire staff and care taken of the property make it feel so.

Moving from Florida to Chicago was the biggest move I've ever made- emotionally and physically. The second I applied to live at Flair Tower has been nothing but high class all the way. My unit is a great size, updated appliances, updated counters, updated flooring, in unit W/D. My rent is more than fair for the size and quality of the apartment. I've found that the complex is extremely dog friendly and people friendly overall, even the other residents are friendly and nice. The neighborhood is great, easily accessible to any store you can think of and any restaurant. It has a city yet residential feel. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. I can't rave enough about the front desk associates. They have made me feel like Flair is my home from my move-in day. Not to mention, the move-in process was a breeze, especially being out of state. Any time I need something or if it is just to have a quick chat, the front desk has been so attentive and welcoming. I have not regretted my decision to sign a lese here for one moment yet, and will recommend this complex to anyone I know moving to the area!!

Rental rate is more than fair (and much less) than surrounding buildings. Front desk staff is incredibly kind and responsive.

management is nice but sometimes bigger maintenance requests (like creaking sounds behind a wall) gets ignored.

The building, it's staff, and the residents really make this place feel like home. I always feel safe and welcome whenever I enter the lobby and the amenities that were added this year truly make Flair a great place to live.

This building has terrible communication, is demanding, and flat out rude. Will charge you without notice for “violations” based on the accusations and no proof from others. I’d leave if I could. The noise on the weekends is unbearable from the 4 clubs around the building. The area truly is NOT SAFE due to the foot traffic from these clubs too. It’s scary to go outside on a weekend night. Don’t sign the lease. Run.

A great building in a great location. Attention to detail is obvious from the decor of the common spaces to the care taken by staff. Very pleased to be part of the Flair community!

My experience at Flair Tower thus far has been awesome! I love the feel of the community, the staff at the front desk is SO kind and the amenities are great!

The door staff is some of the best in the City! Everyone is friendly and happy and it feels like a small family.

The entire maintenance team at Flair is an indispensable member of the staff. They are incredibly responsive anytime I submit a work order and always thorough in their approach. Thanks to all of you for all of your help and knowing the answer to absolutely any question thrown your wayits impressive.

Management used to be good but is asleep at the wheel. Doormen are great.

I love the apartment and staff. Its an easy walk to the L and grocery stores. I just wish my windows werent covered in spiders.

Renewing lease for the second time, feels like home. Management and maintenance teams are so nice and helpful and they make living here easy and enjoyable. Apartment itself is great, lots of space and light, great views. We are very happy.

Maintenance was at my door in just a few minutes. It was the end of day and I had said tomorrow was fine. A quick determination of the problem was made. It was resolved the next morning .

You need to disclose that you are doing renovations on ALL of the amenities BEFORE having people sign leases. My number 1 & 2 requirement for choosing an apartment was a pool and a gym. Pool is now not being opened at all. and it hasnt even been disclosed how long the gym will be out of service for. Why couldnt these repairs been done with the pool was closed due to COVID last year. Really really disappointing and it shows you dont really care about the residents. Only about making more money and likely charging people to pay more in rent for these renovations once their lease is up...

Sam and Derrick are amazing, so friendly and create a great environment. Flair tower has great amenities and is in a great location.

This building is no longer what it used to be. I think this coincides with the new management company.

Love my apartment layout! Really friendly staff and ideal River North location. Our views are insane and moving in was smooth.

We were denied here solely based on a credit risk score. Not a credit score. This management company utilizes a third party (as do many), however, they do not consider anything other than what this third party comes back with on their made up “risk score.” We have a very high income (over six-figures), 5+ years of perfect rental history with 5 different rental companies, a 100% on time payment history from the credit report, and an average credit score. Once we were denied I asked the management to please consider the income and rental history and they wouldn’t. I’ve been accepted to other buildings in chicago that are higher end with ease. Just be aware when applying here that your income and rental history doesn’t matter.

Maintenance entered my unit after I specifically checked a do not enter box. I also added notes that were disregarded that I had a fog in my home that needed to be secured. They also left a paper cup in the bar. On a side note, urine and spilled coffee drinks are never cleaned up in garage entryways into the building. Its unsanitary.

New residents- so far so good! Seamless move-in and received all the help necessary

The quality of features such as cabinets is poor as is the design - kitchen cabinets are short and shallow, with a shocking lack of storage space given the square footage of the room itself. The building is starting to show its age, with fixtures being loose, plumbing features being noisy and in poor repair, dishwashers and other appliances needing to be replaced. security around the neighborhood continues to be questionable, with loud bars and nightclubs leading to gun violence incidents. Safety measures and communication for management are both highly questionable in this regard.

Had an amazing year at Flair Tower! Amazing staff that treats you like family and takes care of you even without asking. Best renting experience I've had in Chicago. Highly recommend!

Since the first day I moved in every in the building, residents and workers have been so kind and inviting. Everything included in the building is amazing and I couldnt be happier!

From the moment I walked into the doors at Flair Tower I felt a sense of community. The staff is extremely personable, kind, and instantly made me feel at home! Management is top notch at Flair Tower.

Staff is great. Most recent maintenance request was retracted by us, however, as we were able to clear/re-boot our kitchen sink disposal by ourselves.

Rich and the maintenance team made what could have been a huge headache - a leak from several floors up into our bedroom/closet - a much easier, reduced stress process. Thank you to Rich and team for working with our schedule, making moving furniture in/out so easy and resolving this issue quickly - we are so grateful.

What separates Flair from every other building in the city is the door staff. Their kindness is unparalleled and are always there to help.

The door staff is incredible kind and maintenance equally accommodating. I also enjoy the proximity to my office and various good restaurants. In the summertime, I love the pool.

The Flair Tower is great and I would recommend to friends who are looking for location, amenities and friendly staff.

The maintenance staff here at Flair tower is great. I can tell that they care about me as a resident by their immediate response and attention to my requests. I have lived here going on 5 years and we have had the same maintenance team in place, the familiarity of the same workers is comforting when they are coming into your home to do repairs. Finally and most importantly their work and response time have been consistent.

Great building with a boutique feel in River North's best location. Spacious apartments with high-end finishes and breathtaking unobstructed views of the Chicago skyline. Exceptional door/concierge and maintenance staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in Chicago's River North neighborhood! Living here truly feels like home.

I love this building! The staff is SO friendly, supportive and willing to help. I moved here from the Southeast, leaving behind all friends and family; however, I truly feel at home here. Everyone is so nice and makes it feel like family here at Flair Tower!

I have lived here now for 4 years and honestly think the staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met and I worked in Client relations with Men and Women of all ages for over 13 years.

Flair Tower isn't an apartment, it's a home. There's no place like home.
