Great Apartments complex
These apartments are phenomenal and excellent. The workers and customer service are great and fantastic. When we had some issues that were involved in our apartment, they stayed on top of getting it done and ready ASAP. Tessa is a great worker here as she treats our community fantastically and keeps us updated with everything. Maintenance is on top of everything as well, as they get our request done ASAP. Great community and recommend these apartments for anybody that is looking for a place. Thank y’all for everything and keep up the fantastic work.

AMAZING APARTMENTS
The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything!

Quiet & Peaceful Apartment
I love these apartments because it’s quiet and peaceful. I been here since it was first built and I haven’t had an issues with any residents. I recommend you checking out these apartments!

Nice place to call home
I really enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone moving to Waxahachie. I have been here since spring 2022 and have never had any serious issues. Its great that we can pay rent on online (or through the app) and fill out maintenance forms as well. Maintenance always shows up the next dsy. Mr Neil is super helpful, nice, and very quick to service. The grounds are also well maintained with there being mowing, weed eating snd other yard maintenance regularly. Its great they also let us know about any freeze warnings as soon as the news talks about them so we can run the water faucets to avoid frozen or broken pipes. I have gotten many compliments from friends and family on how nice the apartments are.

Highly Recommend!
I have been living in Cypress Creek for over 3 years. I love it here! The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns are always maintained beautifully and not to mention over the top amenities. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I'm so glad I live here! The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, very friendly place to live!

PRICES ARE NOT THE SAME
this site says there a certain price but when you call if they answer and look on there official page there wayyyyyyy over priced.... Also good luck getting a place they say there available online and on there official page yet they have a 1 year list at the least FYI they say they are income based there are not
