Been a resident here almost 10 years. Absolutely love it. The office staff is very efficient Maurice Becca Louis you do a great job & fix issues quickly and maintenance Kevin -one of the best maintenance staff I’ve ever encountered. My experience at Fiori Estates has exceeded my expectations- Carlos the groundskeeper the grounds are so beautiful. The dog loves the dog park and the cat along with myself, enjoy the inside apartment which includes air conditioning & the vaulted ceilings. —After pouring some hot chocolate the other night, from the business center espresso machine, I was so happy to come home to Fiori Estates, I went in the Jacuzzi where my stress melted away - then I went swimming across the turquoise -saltwater pool, looking up at the sky and the beautiful trees around me. I thought oh my I could be anywhere in the world. Fiori is the most amazing place to relax -I could be on an island, I could be in a resort; but I’m actually in my own apartment complex.

A good place to live in a very busy area. Coming home and enjoying the pool, hot tub and gym makes the most stressful work day better. The gated access is a plus but the parking could be better. If you have a garage you only get the spot in front of it so having two cars with separate work schedules makes it in convenient. There should not be assigned parking.

Lived here almost 10 years. This place is most amazing complex ever. I highly recommend everything from the grounds. Here are beautiful and scenic. The location is close to businesses and freeway entrances and stores in parks but it’s set back in a gated beautiful community so it’s like its own sanctuary beautiful trees, dog park beautiful apartments amazing staff highly recommend Maurice , Becca, Kevin Luise, Carlos the Fiori staff doing an amazing job. The amenities are wonderful. The Jacuzzi helps with my sore muscles and the saltwater pool is amazing. The 24 hour gym is great and the hammocks are wonderful to lay in the summer.. the coffee machine is a plus in the business center and the game room is nice. The grounds are kept amazing and beautiful trees and plants. Highly recommend.

I like what they did with the new flowers out front! They had a great summer pool party too. The mail room had our package stuck for 2 weeks but if you leave your package there for 5 days they return it to sender— that’s the only thing! Everything else is great.

Fiori Estates is still the best place to live. Residents enjoy living here. Lived here almost 10 years. Amazing beautiful scenic property. Superb staff. Nice gated community, pet friendly. Best amenities you will find in the area saltwater pool amazing Jacuzzi 24 hour gym awesome business center with coffee, espresso machine, beautiful hammocks to lay in under the trees also has a great dog park. Units are air conditioning. It’s just amazing here.

Been living here for at least 9 years. A property.. Just an amazing complex and scenic nice community. Highly recommend for so many reasons. Everyone that lives here seems to love it. The office staff are amazing Manager Maurice, and Becca, Louis and new hire all fix concerns quickly. The office does a fabulous. job, I appreciate them, addressing concerns, efficiently. My opinion also is they have Best maintenance staff ever Kevin, Blake, Carlos, that fix things quickly & promptly. The grounds are so scenic and beautiful. Thank you maintenance staff you have done an amazing job. Kevin addresses fixes concerns quickly thx you. Carlos grounds look like a resort w beautiful trees and flower's. Thank you for making Fiori beautiful to come home to. I also appreciate that Pets are welcome here and the animals here love the grounds.They have an amazing dog park that they put in and walking trails. This place looks amazing. They have Air conditioned units for summer and my family and cat enjoys that. The amenities at Fiori are really nice, especially if you like swimming. I appreciate the Jacuzzi to relax and Amazing Salt Water pool to do laps for my sore muscles. Another plus is the 24 hour gym w good updated equipment.. The mail package room is also convenient, great for holding your packages. I could write 10 pages how much I appreciate & enjoy coming home to Fiori Estates as my home, but if you’re interested in this place, I would just come check it out. Basic point. You and your family will be happy here as I am. And an extra thanks for getting the coffee machine in business center. Everyone enjoys it. Lastly, speaking of community, I really enjoy the holiday events & summer pool barbecue that Fiori has. A property. also, you can’t beat the location of this place. It’s setback scenic in a gated community but it’s within walking distance to businesses and close to the freeway. It’s really a wonderful compatible scenic nice complex.

I love it here! I am very frustrated that I cannot have a second key fob because I am the only person on the lease. I have a 17 year old daughter that needs to be able to come in and out easier. Frankly, thats a silly policy.

We have been living at Fiori for 3 years going to 4 years in August 2025. This APT complex very safe to live in. We have our baby dogs with us and they love to sniffing and walking around beautiful yards. I am enjoying exercise room, swimming pool and hot tub on a cold day. The maintenance people are super friendly and have been helpful when we need them. The manager Maurice and Louise are super nice and good communicates with residents whenever something going on at APT. All in all, we are not regret at all to live at Fiori in the past 3 years. Lived at Fiori for about 9 years now still love it.. It’s one of best apartment complexes on the market-Hands down you will be happy here. Located in Sonoma County easy access to freeways and town but set back in a scenic location. , it has a great gated location, scenic grounds, best amenities in the area. (24 hour gym, salt water pool, jacuzzi, espresso machine, business center, resident holiday activities, garbage valet service, garages available) Office staff Maurice, Becca, Luise, are quick to respond and maintenance is best Kevin, and Blake , they fix issues quickly. And Carlos (The groundskeeper) is amazing. This place looks beautiful. So thankful for a wonderful safe scenic place to live. Highly recommend this to your family. It’s the next best thing to having a house. It’s like coming home to your own oasis. You will be happy here.

The apartment is spacious and clean, with lots of storage. The community is very clean and beautiful with lots of greenery. I love the garbage pickup service!

A Wonderful place to live. Quiet surroundings and no body bothers you. The grounds are kept clean and neat. Everything seems to work. The only problem is parking in red zones.

Nice amenities and apartments. Construction on surrounding area is done so it is much more peaceful now. Close to target and Costco which is a perk.

We moved to Fiori in 2022 for 1 bed/1 bath. The apartment complex is very convenient to access everywhere and Costco very close by. We have two furs children living with us and they enjoy walking around plus they built dog park for residential to bring their fur baby. We have met very nice neighbors around here. Becca, the Assistant manager has been very good to us and that's why we are happy to live here since. Maintenance guy Kevin has been taking care us from small problem/big problem really good job. We are feeling safe and sound here. Thank you all for making this place nice and beautiful to call HOME.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is marketed as a "luxury" apartment complex, but there is nothing luxury about it. You pay an arm-and-a-leg in fees (valet trash, parking [yes, you have to pay to park], etc.), and nothing is ever working. The hot tub and/or pool is always broken, the gym always has machines that are down, and there is always construction going on. If that isn't bad enough, when you move out, you will barely get a dollar for your security deposit back, no matter how clean you leave the place. Now that I am thinking about it, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Go anywhere else in Sonoma County for way less.

Been living here just a couple of months and so far it's been pretty good. Move in went as smoothly as moving can go. Aside from and overpayment of my deposit and a mix up with my parking, management has been super helpful. The amenities are nice and clean. Living on the 2nd floor will always be a sound nightmare, but I knew that coming in. Neighbors are nice and the surrounding businesses are useful.

We really enjoy the look of the grounds. Beautiful for walks. Our dog loves going to the "bark park" and meeting other pups. The apartment itself is comfortable and lovely. Great layout. Feels more like a small home than a boxy apartment. The occasional community events are so much fun, too.

Lived here for over 7 years. Consider it one of the best A rated complexes in Sonoma County. Centrally located not far from highway 101, in Rohnert Park, 10 minutes from Santa Rosa & 10 minutes from Petaluma, Set back in a gated secluded scenic community. It's like coming home to your own Oasis. Highly recommend. Really enjoy the pool, spa, hammocks, expresso machine & the 24 hour gym. Grounds are beautiful with scenic trees along lovely walking paths. Carlos who takes care of grounds has done an immaculate job fixing so many things . It's pet friendly my pets love it . The grounds are beautifully kept. The pets cats & dogs love the air-conditioning apartment , and they have a fabulous dog park. The office staff -Maurice, Becca, Luis all do a A fantastic job, they address concerns promptly and efficiently. Great job. I love living here. Maintenance staff is best ever. I love fiori and everything it has to offer. The dog park is especially unique compared to other locations. I just wish I could pick it up and move it somewhere else. There's not much to do in Rohnert Park and this style of community would be perfect in a location with plenty of activities outside the residence. The casino, new warehouse, and closure of the movie theater has left Rohnert Park feeling isolated.

All in all has been a very positive experience for the three years. Very clean and safe . Absolutely an upperscale community. Pricing is becoming somewhat expensive for those of us with one income per unit.

Fiori Estates is the best. They are always friendly. The property is well-maintained. The community is quiet and very diverse age-wise. It is dog friendly and that's important for my furry friend.

Fiori Estates is an excellent apartment complex in Sonoma County. Everything from the gated safe community to well scenic kept grounds is immaculate. it's close to businesses and the freeway but set back in a luxury gated community. A family or a single person will be very happy here. Dog park is amazing, a pet friendly community . The amenities ( pool, spa, gym, barbecue grills, ) are all 5 star and life saving for sore muscles or those who like to exercise or swim. The staff is best I have experienced in may life. Maurice, Becca, Luis, Keith, Kevin, Carlos, have done amazing things to keep up scenic the beauty and community here. Enjoyed my time as resident for years.
