The only reason I live here is for the Location. Everything else sucks. Something is broken once per month every single month even though the building is brand new my recommendation is they tear down the building and build something useful
Absolutely love living at Fiona Apartments! The location in downtown Colorado Springs is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. The building has amazing amenities and is completely pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They’ve truly made me feel at home even though I’m new to the city. I couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s been such a great experience living here!

Conor our leasing agent was quite literally the best my girlfriend and I have ever experienced. He was welcoming and immersed us during the entire tour. The apartments alone from the amenities, the tenants and the over all experience was amazing and definitley state of the art. Overall, the maintenance services team provided by Fiona Apartment at Colorado Springs has been outstanding, especially Joe, Andrew, and Nick. Their prompt, professional, and effective approach has greatly contributed to maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency. Of course, they are exceptionally friendly to communicate with. The quality of Andrew and Nick’s work is consistently high. Tasks are completed thoroughly and with attention to detail, ensuring all maintenance requests meet or exceed expectations. They take pride in delivering reliable and long-lasting solutions. Not like the management team, lack of communication, not following up issues, and there aren't any cleaning services at all. Everywhere is dirty and not organised. The management staff are very aloof and cold. They only tell you what you want to hear but not execute or fix any issues. The mailing system is outrageously not reliable. I can go on and on my list all the issues on my list. We are very disappointed.

Fiona definitely feels like luxury living! The building is beautiful, its lobbies and public spaces are decorated with the finest furniture, accessories, and artwork, and the amenity spaces are like none other. I love the lounging and gathering spaces, the state-of-the-art gym, and especially the 2nd floor pool deck. Leasing staff and residents have all been very kind and helpful. I am loving the sense of community I feel here after having lived here just two short weeks!
