Do you love noise?

If you love leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and CONSTANT construction at 7 or 8 in the morning this is the place for you! Work nights? Have young children who keep you up at night? Great news! Management here at Aquila could care less! Love leaking ceilings during rainstorms or your neighbors taking showers, love the sound of knock-knock “Maintenance!” one or two times a week? Aquila Apartments is the perfect place! Love your rent going up every year while they take away the pool, barbecue areas and park benches? You got it all right here! So come on down and sign up for your new home here at Aquila Apartments! The place where insanity is born!

Worst Experience

In 10 years of apartment living in three different units, this is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had. The grounds and common areas are dirty and disgusting, for example, overflowing dumpsters in the parking lot, dirty carpet in common areas, holes in walls in common areas. Not to mention the constant construction that is supposed to be making the place better, but a coat of paint is really only a bandaid.
