About Fieldstone Place Apartments
Fieldstone Place is a family built and owned, single story, gated community. We resurfaced all buildings in 2025 to Hardieplank with a brick front. We updated landscaping throughout the property in 2025 including the addition of a fruit tree grove near one of the pergola seating areas along the main driveway . All units are equipped with modern kitchen appliances (range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher), Simplisafe security system, and washer dryer hook ups. Each unit has a locked storage room on the covered front porch and designated parking directly in front of the apartment. We added additional outdoor patio area directly in front of each unit in 2025. Fieldstone has a pool on site for tenant use that is open year round. We have two resident courtesy officers and maintain a quiet, friendly atmosphere. We are located in Monroe and zoned for the Sterlington school district. We would love to welcome you to our Fieldstone family!

This apartment has been our home for the last 2 years! Never once have I felt unsafe nor had any problems! The staff is always very friendly and so are the owners. You can tell the owners are giving their all into this complex and we are very appreciative. While making this such a great safe place, it is also affordable which is such a blessing is this expensive world.

Nestled between Sterlington and Monroe, the quiet gated community is reminiscent of a subdivision and not an apartment complex with the newly updated campus...including patios! The staff and Admin are exceptional and care about the residents. Fieldstone has been "home" to me for the past 7 years and I have truly enjoyed the atmosphere and confidence of living in such a secure environment.

Fieldstone is a great, quiet and safe place to live. It is close to town but feels like living in the country (deer, rabbits, etc…) The owners and staff are top notch and will go out of their way to help you.

I've lived here going on 4 years and I absolutely love it! Very quiet and peaceful. All the staff is nice and goes out the way to help you. Maintenance is very quick to help with problems. Lots of remodeling and enhancing features. Love how safe the whole property is. Definitely recommend moving here.

I’ve been here since 2019 and I love it! It feels you’re living in a neighborhood. The staff is friendly and a great first place that’s not super pricey. I also love the new renovations that were just done this year. The complex is always neat and clean and I’ve never had any issues since I’ve moved in.
This place is amazing. This is a beautiful place , has a pool to enjoy, in a great school district, the office staff is so nice, these guys are always willing to help. Love the gated property.

Very simple apartments in a great, safe location. Office staff was always very friendly. We did have some issues with maintenance being delayed (put in request to have something looked at in May and they came in September). Not much storage space inside but there’s a good size storage room outside. But overall not bad for the price. We would have stayed if they allowed pets.

Thank you for the information. I'm so sorry that you had an unresolved maintenance need. We try to have all maintenance issues resolved within 24-48 hours but that isn't always possible. There's no excuse for that long of a delay though. I'll make sure that we do a better job in the future. I hope you're enjoying your new home.
These are great apartments. Everyone in the office Is friendly and helpful. Anytime there is a maintenance issue they are very quick to fix. Enjoy having a pool, plus you get free ice from the office. Also like it being a gated community.
