This was by far the worst apartment I have ever had. The staff is terrible. They never answer the phone or help with anything including maintenance issues. We had mold issues that we complained about several times that never got resolved. The air conditioner went out so many times that we had to purchase a portable one. Once we left, they did not give us our deposit back and charged us for the cleaning they finally decided to do for the mold. If you decide to stay here, good luck.
Tenemos una semana viviendo aquí y estamos felices, la etapa VI es muy bonita, limpia y callada además hay seguridad día y noche. En la oficina todos son muy amables y la verdad es bien fácil todo el proceso para mudarse. Lo único negativo es que no vimos el apartamento y el closet del cuarto secundario es muy pequeño para el tamaño del apartamento, tendremos que hacer un gasto extra comprado un mueble, el refrigerador es muy pequeño parece para un apt de una habitación. Les escribiré para que me ayuden a cambiarlo y así no tener que comprar un refrigerador adicional. Muchas cosas positivas el vivir aquí… Realmente es muy hermoso este complejo de apartamentos!

This place has me spoiled! The location, the amenities, the helpful staff (especially TK in the leasing office). And I so appreciate that the staff and the safety team are always attentive to the community making sure things are safe and peaceful. I’ve lived here before. Thought I’d try somewhere different….9 months later I’m right back and so glad to be here. Put this place at the top of your list to consider. Come be my neighbor!
I have lived at this community for a little over 14 years now. There has never been a problem that the front office or maintenance could not fix. Recently I decided to upgrade from Phase II to Phase VII with a garage. The service given to me by the front office was beyond anything I could have imagined. They guided me through every step of the process and most importantly worked with me on my busy schedule. Such a wonderful and amazing staff. I have lived at three different apartment complexes in my lifetime and this is the only one I truly have ever called home.
I love my apartment plus if I have any issue they fix it right away.

Been here over 2 years. Enough. Poor construction. Can hear EVERYTHING neighbors above me do, even sex. Constant dog barking, loud neighbors, maintenance takes forever and sometimes requires multiple calls.
The property is beautiful and luxurious. Maintenance staff is always quick if you have an issue. He security guard is friendly and here day and night. I love the gated feature it feels more secure. Leasing office is wonderful. The food trucks on Thursdays and Fridays are a nice bonus as well.
The office staff was very professional and warm. They were very knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process. Nice property with a great staff!
I have had numerous issues since living here for going on 3 years. A couple has just flat out not been corrected and finally gave up. Currently I have been dealing with a refrigerator issue. Second time ice maker has gone on blink in a month. A few days ago I called to advise that freezer was not working and had about $75.00 worth of frozen meat that is now thawed while I wait on some part. Now no ice, no freezer and food lost and who knows how long I will have to deal with this. Just replace refrigerator folks. These are not high end devices, basic apartment refrigerators. They just dont seem to be able to resolve maintenance issues timely and satisfactory. My neighbors have had similar experiences as well. Have lived in other complexes and never had this lack of service quality.

The apartments are actually pretty decent but the customer service you receive from the leasing office makes you not want to live here. Anytime you call or go into the office the staff is never helpful and act as if you are bothering them. The girls also have the worst attitudes. I’ve live in fieldstone for almost 3 years and anytime i need something I have to speak with at least 2-3 people just to get things I need done. I highly suggest looking into a better complex that has a leasing staff that actually tries to help you because it’s very frustrating dealing with them!

This apartment is in a great area and close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds are kept very clean, and the maintenance department responds to any requests very quickly. I have had such a pleasant experience here.

We moved here for my husband to go to graduate school . We first were living in a one bed room, one bath and it was very nice! It had a built in study and was very handy since my husband was having to have a quiet place ! Then 2018 came and we welcomed a little girl and ran out of room and moved to the brand new phase 8 apartments . I have no negatives about the new addition. We feel very safe thanks to it being gated and having 24 hour security! I would recommend this place to anyobe I came in contact with!

staff members in the leasing office are very nice; they have a brand-new locker box room for residents to collect packages so that residents' packages will not be stolen/missing; maintenance is always quick; they offer referral credits; onsite 24/7 security patrol; modern gym.... you cannot find better value with the same amount of rent in the area.

I’ve been living here for the last 5 years and this is the Best community I have ever lived. Very safe and secured with the security patrolling 24x7x365 with no tailgating option at any of their entrance gates. Excellent price for the rents and very friendly leasing agents. I can’t think about switching out to any other community. Highly recommended community to stay in Memphis.

I love everything about my apartment and my neighbors are so nice we hang out at the pool all summer long. Anytime I have a problem management always takes care of it and continues to call and check on me. My favorite thing is not having to take out my trash!

For apartment living, this place is really great. Gated, safe, good security and a great staff in the leasing office. My apartment was brand new, good quality construction, nice amenities and overall a great community to live. Attached garages and washer/dryer in unit are a huge bonus. New units are available now and highly recommend you check it out.

Phase 8 is one of the newest phases and it is worth every penny! Everything is brand new, the neighbors are great and maintenance is amazing! I had a very tricky situation when it came to proof of income with my job. Since it was a new job I was getting the run arounds but Kim, Ana and leaseing agent Abby was absolutely amazing! They worked with us until we got things figured out and I was able to move in right away! I would definitely encourage going directly to the office! They are very busy and sometimes hard to reach by phone but once you get in the door they will take care of all your needs! This is hands downs the best apartment for me and my new husband!

I have to say I've never been anywhere and received such Star Treatment met with miss Kimberly great personality I definitely recommend dealing with her if you are looking to move in and I looked at a couple 2 bedrooms and a 3 she was very knowledgeable and I have to say the apartments were beautiful and spacious as well check them out if you are looking for a new place and speak with miss Kimberly
The staff wont respond to anything and they do not even update the problems in the system. I have to go remind them 10 times.
I want to say that the staff (leasing office and maintenance) at Fieldstone are amazing. They are tentative to your needs and go out of their way to help you. I had the pleasure of Harley showing me around and helping me each step of the way with leasing my apartment. She is a delightful young lady and definitely an asset to this company. Living here is wonderful. The grounds are kept up nicely. The pools are always clean. The other tenants I have come in contact with here are always very friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.
We are looking for a great property for my daughter. This is perfect for a young professional where there are nice amenities, a walking park for her dog and security. The leasing consultant, Jessica, was very nice and professional!

I have only lived at Fieldstone for a couple of weeks now. But, so far, it has been the best apartment living experience I have ever had. The amenities are great, the grounds and buildings are well kept, and the prices are reasonable. And, I was very pleasantly surprised by a recent interaction. I was in the main office to ask a few questions, and I overheard a conversation that the apartment manager (Brittany I believe was her name) was having with a tenant. I gathered that the tenant had been reported a few times for being noisy at late hours, and the manager was very kindly and professionally but firmly explaining that violating the noise ordinance would not be tolerated. This is the first time I have ever seen or heard an apartment manager actually enforce this sort of thing at any apartments I have ever lived in. And, it was very comforting to know that the management at Fieldstone is attentive and handles these kinds of issues firmly. I think I am really going to love it here. :-)
I have lived in Fieldstone since September 2016, with a 18 month lease. I have a one bedroom unit. The upkeep of the area is great, after hours security with a professional company and/or MPD officers patrolling the area is awesome. Maintenance has been timely, though it may take them awhile to come fix an issue if they are on break or the weather does not permit. When we first moved in, we had a terrible gnat problem. After thorough clean up by me and routine sprays conducted by Fieldstone staff, they were eradicated. Now, we have a roach problem. I have exhausted my own resources and time, had routine sprays in my apartment conducted by Fieldstone staff, etc. and the roaches are still here. They are coming from the eyes of the stove, under the carpet, dishwasher, behind the refrigerator, the bathrooms, crawling on the walls and within my cabinets when I open them, they are even crawling in and out of my other appliances such as my Keurig, and crock pot. I have asked several staff members to treat the entire building and they have told me that they cannot do this. Staff members are generally rude, do not let you explain issues entirely, and are always in a rush to get you off of the phone. My husband and I are currently looking for a home because our lease ends in March, but the roach problem is so bad that we are contemplating breaking our lease just to be able to live somewhere where we can be comfortable with eating and sitting on our floor without roaches crawling all over. I do not refer anyone to live here unless the complex gets better with treating the whole multi-unit for pests.
My heavenly space, affectionately called my "shortcut to heaven," is surrounded by beautiful, majestic trees, giving me a year round panoramic view of the joys of nature. Add to that the well-tended curb appeal of my complex, and you have just a teaser of the beauty that awaits in my beautiful apartment. As a Hurricane Katrina evacuee, I feel I've been rewarded with a scenic route to heaven in this safe, tranquil, spaciously beautiful environment. If you appreciate wood burning fireplaces, luxurious jacuzzi shaped tubes, roomy closets, great management, friendly neighbors, and convenience, then Fieldstone Apartments is the place to be. It's heaven on earth!
Great apartment to live in. Security is 24 hours. There is an activity for residents every other month. I would definitely refer someone to live here.
