Property Ratings at Fieldstone Apartments
The new parking system is the most stupid thing that a human brain could produce ,they impose to resident to park only in front of their actual buildings , the number of spots in front of each building is 1/4 of the number of residents vehicles on the same building
If I could I wouldn’t even give a star. This was the easiest apartment complex to move in the don’t require much so I decided to try it but I was totally wrong. I understand there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am & I had guests over my down stairs neighbor called the police on me for a noise complaint at 8:15pm! & had called the police on a noise complaint two weeks prior between 8-9pm which was ridiculous! The office sent me a notice that I needed to keep it down or I can be evicted so I went to the office & explained myself & they pretended to care & then told me they would talk to my neighbor. Then my neighbor had the nerve to tell me she could hear when I would wash my dishes & vacuum & asked me to keep it down she didn’t want no noise at all since she had a baby but yet i would hear her baby cry all night. The worst is the parking there was multiple times I had to park over by the genesis gym since everyone only had two parking passes & the rest had to park in the guest. I had to park in the guest since the office didn’t want to give me a parking pass since my car wasn’t under my name & if you park in reverse on slightly on the line you get towed! My car was towed twice in less than 2weeks I spent 500 in two weeks for towing which is ridiculous! I would NEVER go back or recommend anyone there.
I lived there for awhile. Parking was terrible. Theres little parking space within while there's plenty of room for construction right outside. Maintainence sometimes don't arrive on the day they're supposed to. Management once failed to notify residents of a bad weather delay lasting 24 hours or longer on the first day after ordering residents to clear way for parking renovation . Sometimes the apartments stink of sewage. To sum up, it's a ripoff.
Be careful when you're about to move out. They play games so that they can trap with their ridiculous 2 month notice. Poor maintenance and when called to fix stuff they take forever.
Between the awful management, and the constant towing of cars there's no good inbetween. I have only lived here for a couple of months, but I wish I would have never singed this lease. I have witnessed tow trucks driving through the parking lot at all hours of the day. From as early as 5am to around midnight they're always around. They send out notices about things they have planned, but these never happen on the day listed. The management does not care about you what so ever. If you put a request in to get something fixed you'll be lucky to see someone come and even look at it. Out of the seven things that were wrong with our apartment since weeks of moving in one has been fixed. Our toilets are clogged about once a week from lack of efficency, flaucets leak, almost constant sound of running water from either our toilets not working properly or someone else's, and broken air conditioning in the middle of summer. If you're seriously considering this place make it your very last choice if nothing else works. The only positive I can think of about this apartment is the fact that it's in a good location and it's reasonably cheap.
Life at Fieldstone is like being at home. The minute you step inside the layout is perfect for the open concept. The master bedroom is huge and roomy with a walk in closet. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for walking your dog. The grass is nice and green, and we don't have to keep it up either, as you would a home. The staff keeps the snow off the sidewalks during winter; another perk. The utilities are very affordable, and the rent includes trash, sewage, gas, and water. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Everything one needs is a short hop and a skip from Fieldstone...Walmart, CVS, a dentist office, a vet's office, a dentist's office. a library, big churches, a big mall, and plenty of places to eat out! Why the convenience of the location is incredible. It's better than being in a home.
