We are under new ownership and management as of July 19th, 2019 with 3 additional buildings being added to the complex in early 2020! New roofing at the Square November 2019 and new windows December 2019! We are Fieldstone at Frankfort and are conveniently located in Frankfort, Kentucky across from Juniper Hills Golf Course, Juniper Hill Aquatic Center, and the beautiful Berry Hill Mansion. We offer spacious and affordable one and two bedroom apartment and two bedroom town-homes for rent. Our homes feature amenities such as full kitchens with dishwashers, washer and dryer connections in selected units, spacious closets, his and hers closets in select units, plush carpeting, air conditioning, patio and balconies, 24/7 maintenance with a maintenance hotline, grilling area, laundry room with key entry and ample parking and on-site storage units (storage units only available in some town-homes). Our property retains the value of peaceful living while being close to shops, restaurants, parks, school and transport and so much more!
