Roughly equidistant from Madison, Milwaukee, and Green Bay, Fond du Lac is a fairly small community on the southern banks of Lake Winnebago. Apartments and houses downtown and near the water are surprisingly affordable compared to its neighboring cities, making it easy to enjoy views of the lake or a more urban lifestyle without breaking the bank.

Property Ratings at FDL Columns
I've lived here over 15 years and most of my years have been a positive experience. My most recent years I only have great things to say about the Property Manager and my interactions, whether it's a maintenance issue, resident issue or any question. Maintenamce response time is quick within a couple of days. The manager is easy to work with and generally concerned. The beautiful grounds and apartments are well maintained making it comfortable and safe. I would recommend living here.
Me and my wife has been living in the columns for 2 years now and without any complaints if we need anything done within 2 days things are fixed and back like nothing ever happened. The management is kind and thoughtful or time. If you looking for a place to live please contact management
This is a great first apartment for college students! Maintenance and the manager are so helpful is ensuring their residents are comfortable! Perfect location for Marian students
Do not move here. A cardboard box on 2nd street would show you more hospitality than this property and the people who run it. I feel terrible for the Marian students who sign a lease before getting a proper look at the "community." It's not worth the convenience.
