Lived here about a year and a half We moved into a two-bedroom unit in December of 2023. We've mostly been very happy here, and we have no real complaints! These are not new apartments but they are maintained decently well, and the complex team is usually very quick to respond. Thank you for the care, Red Tail!
Property manager has been courteous, knowledgeable, and very willing to answer all questions and concerns.
Truly awful. I’ve never had AC, I have been over charged multiple times with zero explanation, and the paint is falling off the walls. All around terrible.

Great experience!!! Super accommodating and timely. They were able to get me moved in within 3 days during the week of thanksgiving.
Nice space, tentative staff The application, approval, and communications were good. The space is perfect. Nit everything was completee to fix/replace some things prior to move in. Staff has been responsive to requests and complaints. Pest issue discovered upon move in, staff is working diligently to remedy this. All in all, it has been a good experience.
I live in an apartment on Fay street. My apartment has been inundated with mold since June 2022. I have repeatedly asked the property owners to fix the problem. Their maintenance supervisor just laughs at me. Both my cat and I now have respiratory problems. I gave a rating because they won't accept your review unless you do. They should have negative stars. If you want to live in substandard housing where problems don't get fixed and pay a high price for that privilege then come rent at Fay Street Properties. They are happy to take your money.
